WoD: Garrison Guide: Making Lots of Gold w/ the Barn Building!

What's up guy and girl players of WoW. Tarou here bringing you a new video for Warlords of Draenor. This video will take a look at the Barn building for your Garrison and see its gold making potential.

To start, you'll need to have a medium plot available or be willing to overwrite one. At level one a barn costs 150 gold and 100 garrison resources. After an hour once your level 1 barn is built you'll get a quest to trap mobs which can be done right next to your garrison. You can stay here for awhile and build up your work orders or just do the quest. Once you're done trapping a wolf, start a work order, and turn in the quest. At level one you can only queue seven work orders just like any other level 1 building.

The level 2 upgrade will cost you 300 gold and 300 garrison resources. To get the plans you'll need to have the Spires of Arak Outpost or be level 98. At level two you get to trap more powerful animals which gets you better meat to make the most powerful food along with leather and fur while being able to queue up 14 work orders. You can also assign a follower with the skinning trait to the building which will increase the yield. However, level 1 and level 2 aren't really amazing money makers so your main focus should be upgrading to level 3 as quickly as possible.

Getting the level 3 barn is a bit trickier since you will need to gain an account-wide achievement called Master Trapper as well as have a level 3 garrison. The achievement requires 125 work orders to be placed with a level one or two barn. If you can, get the barn on all your characters to help get this achievement faster and make the most money for your account. This is one of the best gold making buildings you can possibly have once it is level 3. When you complete the achievement, you can buy the plans and build your level 3 barn as long as you are also level 100. It will set you back 500 gold and 600 garrison resources to construct the building in addition the 1,000 gold for the plans or free if you use one of your leveling quest rewards.

Just like with prior levels you will get a quest once the building is built. You can trap any of the elite riverbeasts, wolves, or clefthoof in Nagrand for the quest. They can be solo'd but are somewhat difficult for some classes if you are a fresh 100. I used a demo to kill my first one since I just dinged 100. Another way to make it easier is by grouping up with people. You can no longer trap tagged mobs like I did in this video so you will have to group if you want to share traps. You also can no longer double trap which kinda sucks. I use to just pick a person and follow them around on my Druid or Warlock. I would trap away from them so they knew I wasn't stealing their mob and after they got the mob trapped, I would use Typhoon or my Succubus' knock-back to shove the mob over and on to my trap. I'm kinda lame but I thought it was so much fun to do this and I it also allowed me to fix their trap if they screwed up making it a win-win. But of course there were those who would taunt, push-back, knock-back or whatever mobs away from people and those people complained a lot. So, Blizzard changed it and now you can't double but you can have all five people in your group trap five different mobs and net five traps for each person. You no longer need everyone to trap. One of you is enough for each mob.

Alright so a bit more about the level 3 barn is it allows 21 work orders without upgrades and you can now trap elite mobs in Nagrand. The elite mobs are sorted just like prior levels with wolves producing Sumptuous Fur, clefthoof producing Raw Beast Hides, and Riverbeast producing feasts. In addition, they all have a chance to produce a work order containing a Savage Blood. To even increase those odds further, assign a skinner to the building. An easy follower with the skinning trait is Goldmane the Skinner and here is a link to show you how to get him easily. He is also level 100 already and should produce slightly better results than a lower level follower would.

To give you an idea of the difference between having a follower assigned and not, I did a comparison on several characters and found that 21 work orders generally produced 3 Savage Blood without a follower whereas with a follower assigned it produced 6 or 7. That is at least double the yield and well worth the few minutes to find the follower with a skinning trait if you don't already have one.

I currently make around 5,000 gold per day with three characters having a barn. This of course will vary from server to server but should be well worth it to anyone.

The last little thing I want to show you is a neat pet that you can get by discovering a Glass of Milk inside your Level 3 Barn. It took me a minute or so to figure out how to get inside the pen but a simple hop on the hay stack makes it pretty easy. The cow is nice and simple and a great addition to anyone's family of pets.

Well, that's it for this video and I hope you liked it. To see more videos like this and many other types, please subscribe to my YouTube channel, RyutaroAkaTarou.

How to Get the Follower High Centurion Tormmok Fast & Easy!

What's up guy and girl players of WoW. Tarou here bringing you a new video for the Warlords of Draenor expansion. In this video, I'm going to show you how to easily get the follower, High Centurion Tormmok.

You can find Tormmok right near Bastion Rise and the world boss Tarlna as you can see on my in-game map. Now, I rode up to him just after someone else interacted with him and helped him defeat some mob waves that run up. If you get to him and noone has recently helped him, you will need to defeat some waves of mobs that aren't too difficult. After that, just talk and a quest will show up that you can complete which rewards you with Tormmok as a follower for your Garrison and missions.

Tormmok is level 93 and of rare rarity. What I really like about him is he looks cool and is also a bodyguard to assign to your barracks. His standard ability is Taunt which counters Wild Aggression and has of course the bodyguard trait with a second one randomly given. I got Brew Aficionado which is mostly useless to my current followers. However, once you hit level two reputation with Tormmok he unlocks the avatar ability allows for the transformation into a colossus for 30 seconds increasing damage by 50% and removing all roots and snares. Level three reputation unlocks a repair perk to repair your character which won't help you if you have other means of repairing like using a mount or jeeves.

How to: Love is in the Air Valentine Holiday Achievements (Love Fool Title) Guid

What's up guy and girl players of WoW. Tarou here bringing you a vid on how to do the Love is in the Air Valentine Achievements & get the "Love Fool" title. This year's Love is in the Air holiday event is from Monday, February 2nd through Monday, February 16th giving you enough time to get all the achievements done along with their rewards. The main rewards you'll be looking to get your hands on are a Swift Lovebird for 270 Love Tokens and Truesilver Shafted Arrow which is a cupid pet for 40 Love Tokens or buy the mount and pet from the Auction House. There's also a Toxic Wasteling pet and Big Love Rocket mount that are found inside the Heart-Shaped Box reward from doing the Valentine boss daily. Wait, Big Love Rocket found in a Heart-Shaped Box, reminds of the song, "Dick in a Box".

How to: Best Places to Farm Lovely Charms for Achievements, Peddlefeet, & Swift Lovebird! Video Below

Ok, so grab the quests from the npcs to get started on your Valentine adventures. First up we've got Bonbon Blitz which is easy enough. Just hand out samples of Crown Chocolate to any npc or player until you've gotten 10 of them given out. Turn that in and you'll get 5 Love Tokens along with some gold or experience. It's a daily that you can do everyday. Another quest we'll do is called "Something Stinks". This is part of a quest series where after you complete the last quest will give you a daily to do. This quest wants you to use Snagglebolt's Air Analyzer on the guards. It's easy to tell which guards need it by their pinkish purplish mist. Analyze the air of 6 guards and then turn it in. The next quest in the series is Pilfering Purfume. It's super easy and just wants you to run outside of town to grab a crate or well.. steal a crate and bring it back to Snagglebolt. Once that's completed, you'll get the next quest which is called, Snivel's Sweetheart. This just wants you to talk with Roka who is in the drag. She'll then give you the quest, Hot on the Trail sending you to search the Auction House, Bank, and finally the Barber Shop. Easy enough and head back to Roka to turn it in.

The next quest is called, A Friendly Chat. Just like it sounds, it wants you to have a friendly chat with Snivel and get his ledger. He's a bit hidden on the base of the zep tower mixed in with some Lunar Festival npcs. After you get the ledger, turn it in to Snagglebolt. Finally, you'll get the quest, Crushing the Crown. This is the quest that is the daily you'll get to do from here on out. It's very easy. Just head to Uldum by taking the portal or flying there if you haven't unlocked it. Once in Uldum, check your map for the quest location and once there, kill 5 Crown Technicians and use the Khorium Bomb to destroy one of the chemical wagons. When that's all done, hearth or fly back to town and turn it in. You'll be awarded 5 Love Tokens along with the achievement, "Dangerous Love". You should have also noticed that you started collecting Love Charms. These will be used later so don't delete them.

Next up, queue up for the Crown Chemical event. It shouldn't take long for it to pop and much like any other holiday boss or event, it's a complete joke to defeat. Good thing since my farming Druid just hit 90 and has completely crap gear. The mobs aren't even boss level. If you drink the potion on the table to the left, you shouldn't even take any meaningful damage. After you defeat them you'll have a chance at an epic iLvl480 necklace and be rewarded with the achievement, "Tough Love" along with a Heart-Shaped Box. As I said earlier, this box can contain the Big Love Rocket mount and Toxic Wasteling Pet. You'll also get some Justice Points, some Love Tokens, and the first time you defeat the event, you'll be able to loot a Faded Lovely Greeting Card which you can turn in to Snagglebolt.

Next, we'll check what achievements we can get done pretty easily. Looks like there's a few we can do right now. First up, "The Rocket's Pink Glare" achievement. Just purchase 10 Love Rockets from the vendor. Then, drag them to a hotkey. Finally, press the hotkey and click on the ground after each cooldown until you've shot all the rockets within 20 seconds. Some players may have bad luck and hit a lag spike causing you to need a do'over which will waste 10 Love Tokens. Try doing this achievement away from other players in a nicely secluded area. After you get 10 off within 20 seconds you'll get your achievement. Grats. For the next achievement, we'll need to create 12 Lovely Charm Bracelets. We're also going to need a ton of Lovely Charms if we want to get the other achievements done quickly as well as the mount and pet. For years I went to Halls of Lightning.

In MoP though everyone is 90 and the mobs are grey which means they won't drop the Lovely Charms any more for max level players. Instead, the easiest and best place to go to is Deepholm with nice packs of Troggs that are on a pratically non stop spawn timer. I like to sit here in the middle on top of a pack with 4 packs surrounding me. Also competition will be high so don't be shocked if you're fighting over mobs. After 10 minutes I was able to get 79 Lucky Charms which equate to about 474 per hour. Oh and you might even have to do some PvP'ing if you're on that type of server. Some whack stuff happened to me. First, a lock killed me after my screen froze. I logged back in and was going to gank back the lock when I DC'd. Just my luck. After I got back in the game I was dead of course and went after him to settle the score. This time though I couldn't even attack him. My WoW bugged and it kept giving me the error invalid target. Super hax locks I tell ya. Score 3 for the lock 0 for Tarou. Deepholm Lovely Charms Map

Another spot that's awesome is in Townlong Steppes. This place is pretty secluded and should have little to no competition or interruption. The mobs are real easy to AoE down and can drop a lot of extra items to make some gold while you get your Lovely Charms. After 30 minutes I farmed up 177 so figure you can get about 354. That's not bad considering all the extra items you can also get. Townlong Steppes Lovely Charms Map I'm sure others have their favorite spots as well but one suggestion I can give is don't focus solely on farming Lovely Charms. Go do to some dailys, run a heroic or raid, or anything you can do to multitask a bit and really utilize your time. Some players who have everything can even use the Lucky Charms to make some extra gold by either buying the pet and mount to sell or the bracelets themselves. You won't be able to sell the bracelets you make on the Auction House but you can sell them in trade. Now we'll make our 12 Lovely Charm Bracelets and get our "Charming" achievement. Back in town we'll use the leftover bracelets for the four major city quests. For Org head to Garrosh and turn in "A Gift for the Warchief". Next, get a port to Thunderbluff, fly there, or use the Darkmoon Faire npc if they're around to get a port. Once in Thunderbluff head to the flight master tower and at the base you'll see the Love is in the Air holiday npc with the daily for TB's High Chieftan. Grab that daily and go turn it in. All of these will reward a buff card, 5 Love Tokens, and some gold. From there, head over to Silvermoon. In Silvermoon go to The Bazaar like you see me doing here on the map. Grab the daily from the quest giver and before going back to the Lord to turn it in, grab some alcohol from the Wine and Spirits Merchant in the Silvermoon City Inn or wherever sells alcohol. You'll need it before going to Undercity since Undercity is an abstinence city for some odd reason. Once you get around 5 jugs or more of bourbon continue on to turn in the daily to Theron. When that's completed, head up the ramp and take the orb to Undercity. In Undercity, stop by the vendor and grab 15 Handful of Rose Petals or 3 stacks and 1 stack of perfume. . You'll need these for inside of Undercity. Take the elevator down and go underneath the staircase near the bank to find cochroach vendor, Jeremiah Payson. Then, use the perfume, drink alcohol until you're completely smashed, throw a handful of rose petals on Jeremiah, and finally kiss him. Grats you should've gotten the "Flirt With Disaster" achievement. Next, head to Lady Sylvanas and turn in, "A Gift for the Banshee Queen". This is the final quest in the "Nation of Adoration" achievement series. Grats on that achieve and from here on out you'll want to repeat doing these quests everyday for 20 Love Tokens total. This'll help you complete other achievements and get your mount and pet. The next achievement we'll start to work on is "Fistful of Love". Wow, the items and achievements have such strong sexual references. Some of these are funny but others gross me the hell out. Ok, so for this one you'll be using a Handful of Rose Petals on different race and class combinations. Start by using the immediate area around you. Especially, in the Auction House, banks, or out in front of those buildings. I'm still drunk so it's a bit hard to see but whatever. I can make out the tooltip on my rollover. After you've found all the race/class combos you can, grab 2 stacks of Silver Shafted Arrows adding up to 10 total. With 10 arrows ready to be fired, you can start working on the "Shafted" achievement. Just 10 players that don't have a pet. These days this can be a little bit of a chore to accomplish but just the busy areas of your town and you should be good. Finally, shoot your 10th player and get the "Shafted" achievement. Next up let's do "Lonely". First get a box of chocolates from the Love is in the Air holiday vendor. It'll cost 10 Love Tokens. Open it up and you should get atleast one Buttermilk Delight. You'll also need to buy a picnic basket or find someone who does. Check with your guildies and friends. When you find someone, head to Dalaran. Then, eat from the picnic basket to get the picnic buff. Finally, eat a Buttermilk Delight and get your "Lonely" achievement. Grats. Oh and before I forget again, eat all the candies that were in the Box of Chocolates. This'll give you the "Sweet Tooth" achievement. Since you're in Dalaran already, this is a good time to look for more race/class combos for the "Fistful of Love" achievement. Check all the banks, pathways, and the Auction House. Also, if the Darkmoon Faire is still up, it's another great place to find the opposing faction race/class combos that you may need. You can also check in battlegrounds. In the meantime, let's get some other achievements done. We'll do the "Be Mine!" achievement next. Grab 2 or 3 Bags of Heart Candies and open them up. Next, eat the candy and cross your fingers that you get all eight different candies. If you don't, just by more bags one at a time until you complete the achievement. Nice, we got "Be Mine!" completed very easily. Ok, with those out of the way, I'll keep at the "Fistful of Love" achievement. I've been searching around Dalaran and the Darkmoon Faire as well as battlegrounds for awhile and was just not having any luck with finding a Nightelf Priest. You'd think I could fine one easier but that wasn't the case. So to get around this problem, I made a Nightelf Priest level one to get the achievement completed. Have a friend help you out with this if you run into the same problem for any of the race/class combos. Cool, got the achievement. Nice we only have four achievements to go. We'll do the "I Pitied The Fool" achievement next. You'll need to have 50 Love Tokens for this one. Then, buy 5 Love Fool target dummies. The first you can do is in Arathi Basin. Just queue up for it, head to the Blacksmith area in the middle, set down the dummy, and type /pity. If you do this with friends you can save some Love Tokens by splitting it up. Have each friend buy one. You can also get lucky and have some random just drop one. Next, head to the arena in Stranglethorn and do the same. Drop a Love Fool target dummy, target it, and type /pity. For the last three, you'll have to head to Northrend. Grab the zep or get a port. Then, fly over to Wintergrasp. In Wintergrasp, drop another dummy, target it, and type /pity. Next, fly over to Naxx and ask a friend or guildy or even a random player to make a raid with you. Zone in to Naxx and do the same as before. Finally, fly over to Dalaran and go inside the west building and into the Caverns of Time portal. Once inside, take the drag and fly to the bottom. When you land, fly over to Strat and zone in. Drop the last Love Fool target dummy, target it, and type /pity to get your "I Pitied The Fool" achievement completed. Grats and you're almost done. The last achievements may take more time since you need a good amount of Love Tokens and luck. For "Lovely Luck Is On Your Side" you'll need 20 Love Tokens. Then, purchase a Lovely Dress Box from the vendor and hope you get a Lovely Black Dress. Don't worry though, you DON'T need this for the meta achievement. Only players who are completionists need to bother with this. Or maybe some RP'ers who want it. Next, you'll need 40 Love Tokens or a good amount of gold to get a Peddlefeet pet which come from the Truesilver Shafted Arrow and it'll give you the Perma-Peddle achievement. On my server it's currently 10,000g and will likely decrease further into the holiday. After the holiday is finished the price will likely go back up again unless the market gets flooded or people get desperate. This one is NOT required for the meta achievement. The last one you'll need for the meta achievement is "My Love is Like a Red, Red Rose". This can be easy or a pain depending on your luck. Queue up for a cata dungeon and different bosses can drop a Bouquet of Ebon Roses or Bouquet of Red Roses. You'll have to beat others for the roll and as the holiday goes on, it should be easier and easier as many players get their's. If you have a guild with four other people who want the item, make a group and take turns looting it. Finally, after completing that achievement, you'll get the "Love Fool" title. This completes all the Love is in the Air achievements and grats to everyone. I wish all of you luck on the Big Love Rocket mount and Toxic Wasteling pet drops. Also, I wish all the RP'ers luck on the Forever-Lovely Rose head piece. Grats again, thanks for watching, and if you haven't yet, please subscribe and visit tarouwowguides.com for more FREE WoW guides and news! "Now Go Get Your Hotty Something Nice For Valentine's Day!" Trust me, this quest rewards nicely if you have the correct rep.

WoD: How to Get Exalted Rep w/ the Steamwheedle Preservation Super Fast & Easy!

What's up guy and girl players of WoW. Tarou here bringing you a new video for the Warlords of Draenor expansion. This video will show you how to get exalted with Steamwheedle Preservation fast and easy.

For this guide, I suggest being level 100 although you can start once you're high enough to be in Nagrand. The quickest way to hit exalted with Steamwheedle is by farming the rare elite mobs in Nagrand. They are solo'able at 100 by most classes but things go much quicker with a group or at least spamming general chat when you find one of the rares. Most of the rares are stationary and I've made a map to show you where they spawn. Make sure you learn the names and pay attention to general chat as people will let you know when one is up.

Each rare drops an epic reputation item that awards 500 Steamwheedle reputation without bonuses that can be turned in. There are also chests scattered about around trees and other areas that also have a reputation item called Highmaul Relic that award 350 reputation without bonuses. Some elite mobs around Nagrand can also drop the Highmaul Relics. The Highmaul Relics can also be awarded from Garrison missions but they are pretty infrequent. The chest and mobs in Nagrand can also contain Gorian Artifact Fragments which award 250 reputation for each stack of 20 without increases.

If the Darkmoon Faire is going on, you can get a bonus multiplier to your reputation gains by riding the Merry-Go-Round. Just buy a ticket and hop on the ride until you get a 60 minute buff that increases rep and experience gained by 10 percent. Make sure you have a decent amount of rep items to turn in before you get this buff.

When I was doing this grind, I wrote down the order of the mob spawns to help setup a sort of rotation to which mob to kill and which mob to go to after that kill while sort of setting up a giant circle to reduce travel time. As long as noone kills the mobs out of order, the order of mobs being scattered by their spawn times helps make the grind fairly easy with only small amounts of spawn waiting. I also had Aviana's Feather from my Garrison's Inn that allowed me to quickly fly from spawn to spawn incase my group or the group I was following got out of sync due to another group or player starting to kill a rare elite early. Some people also have luck with hoping servers and checking spawns but that might be too complicated, too RNG, or not very feasible for most.

Currently, the mobs allow for tag-sharing regardless if you're in the same group or not which is nice. The reputation items are also BoA so you can send to alts if you want to increase their rep or want to send them all to your main. The rare elites also seem to have a spawn time somewhere around 40 minutes. Which is also a near perfect amount of time to kill all nine elites with minimal waiting.

Once you have roughly calculated how many you need, you can start turning them. If you find you need more, go back out and run your rare elite rotation again until you get what you need. All in all without bonuses expect to spend about 6 hours in Nagrand farming to exalted. That's not too bad considering how long some prior rep grinds have been. Furbolgs anyone?

What I would consider as the best rewards for this rep grind are the two pets – an Albino River Calf and a Forest Sproutling which are available at revered. Also, at revered is the follower Professor Felblast. At exalted you get the “Conservationist” title and a Domesticated Razorback mount which are both pretty neat.

What's up guy and girl players of WoW. Tarou here bringing you a new video for the Warlords of Draenor expansion. In this video, I'm going to show you how to get the Sky-Bo pet.

To get the Sky-Bo pet you'll need a lot of RNG on your side as well as luck. The Sky-Bo companion drops from the new Blingtron 5000 or apparently even the old Blingtron 4000. Mine came from the new Blingtron 5000 and it took me about 65 packages between four characters to get it. So, the droprate seems fairly low. If you're impatient, you can buy it off your server's Auction House. On mine it runs around 1,500 gold.

Here's a bit of close up of Sky-Bo and it is definitely a cool looking pet.

What's up guy and girl players of WoW. Tarou here bringing you a new video for the Warlords of Draenor expansion. In this video, I'm going to show you how to get the Fruit Hunter pet.

Getting the Fruit Hunter pet is actually really easy. Head out from your garrison and go to area that I am on at shown by the in-game map. Once there, head up to the top of the buildings and towards the back is a nest. Loot the egg that's there and the Fruit Hunter will hatch from inside it. It takes three days similar to some other egg hatches that you might have done in the past but this one seems to have a 100% drop rate for the pet.

Here's a close up of the Toucan Fruit Hunter and its stats. Just ignore my sorry battle pets. You can definitely tell I do not do battles much.

What's up guy and girl players of WoW. Tarou here bringing you a new video for the Warlords of Draenor expansion. In this video, I'm going to show you how to easily get the follower, Aeda Brightdawn.

Aeda Brightdawn is located in Talador roughly in the middle of the zone just as you see on the map on the screen. To get her, you have to start a quest and defeat two npcs nearby. The two npcs are easy to kill and can be put in combat at the same time by talking to both of them or taken out one by one. It's a shared tag so you can help others or they can help you if need be. Once they surrender, turn in the quest and accept the next one to get her. Simple as that and you have a new follower.

What's great about Brightdawn is she comes at rare rarity with Metamorphosis to counter a timed battle mission and she is also a pretty powerful bodyguard to assign to your barracks. She is level 95 and her second trait will be randomly chosen and I ended up with Brew Aficionado which has so far been mostly useless. It increases a mission's success rate when a Pandaren is in the group. The last bonuses for Brightdawn come when you use her as a bodyguard out in the world. At level two reputation she gets the ability to summon an infernal that is decently powerful and at level three she can open a summoning portal just like a character Warlock. The portal still requires help from one more person but so far they don't need to be in your group to do it.

What's up guy and girl players of WoW. Tarou here bringing you a new video for the Warlords of Draenor expansion. In this video, I'm going to show you how to easily get the follower, Blook.

Blook can be found up near the top of a mountain in south Gorgrond. Just take the nearest flight point like Bastion Rise and head to where you see me pinged on the map. After that, head up the pathway until you run into Blook. When you get to Blook, just talk with him and he will become hostile. Then, nearly killing him will stop the combat and open up the quest to get him. My video file got corrupted so I can't show you that part but here is some of his abilities and traits. He is level 92 and comes with Recklessness and Combat Experience at the uncommon rarity. Combat Experience simply means he gives a bonus to follower mission success.

What's up guy and girl players of WoW. Tarou here bringing you a new video for the Warlords of Draenor expansion. In this video, I'm going to show you how to easily get the follower, Leorajh.

Leorajh is pretty easy to get and can be found up a mountain in a cave located in Spires of Arak near the south. There are two ways to get there and you can follow me on either way while referencing the map. The first is up the side through Bloodmane Valley and has lots of winding terrain that only seems to allow one way up to the cave. The second is next to Leorajh's cave and is a bit more straight-forward although you can fall off somewhat easily as you see me do. The first time was for demonstration but the second was because I'm a noob.

Once you're to the cave just head inside and go to the back. There are a few mobs to kill along the way but nothing too difficult.

After getting to the back of the cave, talk with Leorajh and complete the quest to get him. He's level 97 and of rare rarity. Leo comes with a Chain Heal ability that counters Group Damage for follower missions and comes with the bodyguard trait so you can assign him to your Garrison's Barracks. Everything else is random and I was lucky enough to get an epic upgrade along with some decent abilities and traits for once. I've been using him as a bodyguard off and on and he does heal you as well as helps damage mobs. Oh and with the second level of reputation Leo gets bloodlust which also affects your character and level three reputation unlocks a portable command table for conducting or completing missions when you're not in your garrison which is pretty nice.
