What's up guy and girl players of WoW. Tarou here bringing you a quick video and guide comparing the Horde locations for Brightly Colored Eggs to see which is best for egg hunting and farming.

So, I'm sure a lot of you are wondering which town is best for Noblegarden egg hunting since there's a nice holiday mount, the Swift Springstrider out this year. That gave me the idea to help all of you out by doing a rough comparison of all the towns.

I'll first be checking out Bloodhoof Village. I wouldn't expect too many people to be here but there were a few even though it was mid-day. Overall the egg spawns seemed to be very low. It's possible I had bad luck but after 5 minutes and only 8 eggs, this place wasn't worth the time.

Next up is Razor Hill. This should be the busiest place and since Blizzard devs know that, I wouldn't doubt if it has several extra spawns than Bloodhoof. Either way, Razor Hill crowded or not, provides an excellent place for egg hunting. After 5 minutes we we're able to get 18 Brightly Colored Eggs which is a whole lot more than Bloodhoof.

I'm not ready to dub this place the best though so let's hit up Brill and find out how it does. Right off the bat I can see there is mild competition. That's good for us because Brill is a nicely packed town that has tons of egg hiding spots. I've never hunted eggs here before but found tons pretty easily in 5 minutes. With a little more time this place could put out even more I'm sure. The total for Brill was 20 eggs. Not too bad and now to check our last spot to find out which of the four is the best.

Last up is Falconwing Square which you can get to by taking the orb in front of Undercity and then ride over to the west of Silvermoon. Unlike the others, I can't fly here but I can use travel form or the egg basket speed buff. Competition was able the same as Bloodhoof and Brill. This town is probably the easiest to find eggs. They're just along the outside and in the center at the fountain in a small area. Except for in the bushes and wagon, none are very well hidden. After 5 minutes I was able to get 25 Brightly Colored Eggs which makes Falconwing Square the best place to hunt for eggs.

Here's the recap of each 5 minutes and taking these numbers into consideration, if you're going for the mount, it'll take you appoximately 2 hours of straight egg hunting regardless of your class.

Well that's it for this video and make sure to check my channel tomorrow for the whole holiday achievement guide.

Thanks for watching, and if you haven't yet, please subscribe to my YouTube channel.

4,125g Per Day - How to Make Gold w/ Alchemy in MoP: Potion Master Specialization!

What' up guy and girl players of WoW. Tarou here bringing you an Alchemy Gold Making video and guide using the Potion specialization.

To get started you'll need to be spec'd into Potions which gives the chance for extra potions up to four. Yelmak can teach you any Alchemy specialization if you're Horde and Lilyssia Nightbreeze in the Mage Quarter of Stormwind if you're Alliance. For the Potion Master quest you'll need:

20 x Master Healing Potion
20 x Master Mana Potion
2 x Potion of Luck

This will cost about 200 or 300 gold on most servers and you should get that back within a day from procs of extra potions. You'll also need around 550 in Alchemy to make most of the potions in this video but 600 to make them all or through the bypass of discovery. Check http://www.tarouwowguides.com/wow-alchemy-guide-1-600-leveling-alchemy-l... for an easy Alchemy leveling guide.

When you're getting mats for potions, it helps to find players who farm all the time and directly ask them to CoD you they're herbs. Just check the Auction House and direct message whoever is selling the herbs you need. Tell them you want to buy in bulk and what you're willing to pay. You can also use the Trade Channel to find sellers. You could also take the route of leveling Herbalism http://www.tarouwowguides.com/wow-herbalism-guide-1-600-leveling-herbali... and using it to supply yourself with mats.

With potion spec, there are really only four potions you'll want to focus on.

Potion of Luck - Treasure
Potion of Mogu Power - Strength
Virmen's Bite - Agility
Potion of the Jade Serpent - Intellect

Potion of the Mountains - Armor (Optional but usually sells poorly.)

Of course others can be profitable but these are your main ones. You can even nix Potion of the Mountains and if you don't, you still want to have very small, limited production.

After you get all your potions made, do your daily cooldown for Living Steel. Even though you're not Transmute Spec, it still should be profitable. You can also sell the CD to someone else if you don't have the money for Trillium Bars but most people want a trans spec when they buy Living Steel cooldowns.

Alright with all the creation out of the way, we can now list everything up on the Auction House. The Living Steel goes up undercutting the competition with a 12 hour duration. Potion of Luck is also put up at a 12 hour duration and in singles. For the other potions, same duration but in full stacks of 20 and I don't undercut cheap potions that aren't in stacks of 20 unless the price difference between them is minimal. Any leftovers are listed in singles, fives, or tens. I like to use the Auctionator addon for listing items and you can find a guide at this link, http://www.tarouwowguides.com/addons-ep6-auctionator-addon-guide-simple-...

During peak raiding times, weeknights 6 to 10pm for most servers and especially Tuesday and Wednesday, you might want to cancel undercut items and re-list them a few times. You also might need to make more potions if you run out or didn't have enough money to buy the mats to start.

Ok, so it has been a day and its time to empty the mailbox. Sales were pretty decent and we sold 1,093 potions.

Potion of Luck x 1 = 72.84g
Potion of Mogu Power x 228 = 2,316.48g
Virmen's Bite x 357 = 1,747.18g
Potion of the Jade Serpent x 505 = 3,247.19g
Potion of the Mountains x 2 = 17.22g
Living Steel x 1 = 368.41g

+ Net Sales = 7,769g
- Cost of Mats = 3,644g
------------------------
Grand Total Profit = 4,125g per day

Our net sales were 7,769 gold minus a mat cost of 3,644 gold which gave us a total profit of 4,125 gold. That's a pretty good margin even though we had some very weak extra potion procs.

I absolutely love Alchemy and the potential gold it can consistently make no matter which spec you are. If you have enough characters, you can level Alchemy on three of them and pick each spec like I've done on my alts. If you don't have that luxury, Potion spec is the best for players who want little competition, don't have a lot of gold to start, and want a simple profession and spec for making gold.

Thanks for watching and if you're interested in the other two specs, here's links to those that will become available as they're uploaded.

10,592g Per Day - How to Make Gold w/ Alchemy in MoP: Transmutation Master Specialization!

What' up guy and girl players of WoW. Tarou here bringing you an Alchemy Gold Making video using the Transmute specialization.

To get started you'll need to be spec'd into Transmutes which gives the chance for extra procs of transmuted items up to four. Yelmak can teach you any Alchemy specialization if you're Horde and Lilyssia Nightbreeze in the Mage Quarter of Stormwind if you're Alliance. For the Transmutation Master quest you'll need:

4 x Living Steel

This will cost about 1,200 to 1,600 gold on most servers and you should get that back within a few days from procs of extra transmutes. You'll also need around 550 in Alchemy to make most of the items in this video but 600 to make them all or through the bypass of discovery. Check http://www.tarouwowguides.com/wow-alchemy-guide-1-600-leveling-alchemy-l... for an easy Alchemy leveling guide.

When you're getting mats for transmutation spec, it helps to find players who farm all the time and directly ask them to CoD you their Ghost Iron Bars. Just check the Auction House and direct message whoever is selling the gems, Golden Lotus, or bars you need. Tell them you want to buy in bulk and what you're willing to pay. You can also use the Trade Channel to find sellers. I do most of my purchasing for videos from the Auction House to show a more obtainable profit margin. You could also take the route of leveling Mining and using it to supply yourself with mats but I prefer Jewelcrafting to go with Transmutation Master Alchemy.

With Transmute spec, you only want to focus on transmutes that are going to make you gold. Seems easy enough but I watch a lot of players waste time and gold transmuting gems like Primordial Rubys that net a negative amount.

Transmute: Trillium Bar
Transmute: Living Steel
Transmute: Primal Diamond
Transmute: Imperial Amethyst
Transmute: Wild Jade
Transmute: Vermillion Onyx

Any others aside from what I have listed even if profitable should be limited amounts to test the market.

To start, I also always transmute up. What I mean by that is I make Trillium Bars to sell and to use for Living Steel. I transmute uncommon gems with Golden Lotus into Vermillion Onyx, Wild Jade, and Imperial Amethyst and then use those to make my Primal Diamonds. By doing this you get the best possible profit margin and you reduce supply which can inflate prices that will help limit your competition and allow you to get more money for what you're selling.

After you transmute everything. make sure you do your daily cooldown for Living Steel if you haven't yet. Just like the other transmutes, you can proc an extra 4. In this video I got one extra. If you're just starting out and have no gold, you could sell the CD to someone or do other transmutes for tips until you have enough gold to make your own stuff.

Alright with all the creation out of the way, we can now get to listing everything up on the Auction House. I list Trillium Bars in singles, full stacks, and stacks of six for the daily. One of the best times to list Tril bars is right near the dailys reset after the initial flood buys out all the cheaper bars. I follow that with Living Steel in singles undercutting the competition. Worst time to list Living Steel is right after the daily reset since prices are crushed so mid-day to 10pm or so is best. Next, we have Primal Diamond which can be good through out the day and night but peak around raid times 6 to 10pm during the week days especially Tuesday and Wednesdays. Last I list up all the rare gems I have left over. In this video I transmuted Sun's Radiance which I almost never do. Mats were super cheap though and uncut suns were enough to bring in a small profit margin. Be weary though and limit your numbers on anything I didn't put on my focus transmute list.

Periodically during the day and during peak raiding times, that I mentioned before, you might need to cancel undercut items and re-list them a few times. I like to use Auctionator to cancel and check for undercuts and here's a video for that. Be careful though and don't get crazy because the deposits on gems and bars can be a bit hefty if you do it excessively.

Also, don't camp the Auction House unless that's your flavor of play. It can get extremely boring for a lot of players so mix it up by doing the Auctioning in your free or down time. Make it secondary and focus on your RBGs, Arenas, Raiding, Dancing on Mailboxes, or whatever you find fun.

If you're looking to make even more gold with transmute spec, pairing it up with Jewelcrafting is a great way to do that. Even if you don't have or want Jewelcrafting, finding a friend, guildy or anyone to team up with to cut your transmuted Primal Diamonds into popular metas or rare gems can add a hundred or so gold and increase the speed of sales. Just be sure to tip.

Anyone who doesn't have a lot of gold can easily build their way up with transmute spec. Start with a few items and once they sell, buy more and continue doing that each day. In this video, I had to buy more and more mats as things quickly sold. You can do the same on a smaller scale and in a week or so have the same amount of gold that I do to work with.

Ok so it has been a day and its time to empty the mailbox. Sales were pretty decent and we sold a ton of stuff.

Trillium Bar x 184 = 7,936g (43.13g ea.)
Living Steel x 2 = 769g (384.5g ea.)
Primal Diamond x 29 = 10,762g (371.10g ea.)
Imperial Amethyst x 30 = 1,969g (65.63g ea.)
Wild Jade x 20 = 1,357g (67.85ea.)
Vermillion Onyx x 1 = 67g
Sun's Radiance x 26 = 1,462g (56.23g ea. Tricky - Limit)

+ Net Sales = 24,322g
- Cost of Mats = 13,730g
Ghost Iron Bars x 1,320 = 6,006g (91g/stack)
Golden Lotus x 157 = 7,379g (47g ea.)
Uncommon Gems x 157 = 345g (2.2g ea.)
------------------------
Grand Total Profit = 10,592g per day

Our net sales were 24,322 gold minus a mat cost of 13,730 gold which gave us a total profit of 10,592 gold in one day. That's a pretty good margin even though we had some very weak procs.

I absolutely love Alchemy and the potential gold it can consistently make no matter which spec you are. If you have enough characters, you can level Alchemy on three of them and pick each spec like I've done on my alts. I actually have four Alchemists. If you don't have that luxury, Transmute spec is the best for players who don't mind a little competition, have Jewelcrafting, and either have a bit of gold or patience to start. It's a great spec for making gold in Mists of Pandaria.

Thanks for watching and if you're interested in the other two specs, here's links to those that will become available as they're uploaded.

18,131g Per Day - How to Make Gold w/ Alchemy in MoP: Elixir/Flask Master Specialization!

What' up guy and girl players of WoW. Tarou here bringing you an Alchemy Gold Making video using the Elixir / Flask specialization.

To get started you'll need to be spec'd into Elixirs which gives the chance for extra procs of items up to four. Yelmak can teach you any Alchemy specialization if you're Horde and Lilyssia Nightbreeze in the Mage Quarter of Stormwind if you're Alliance. For the Elixir Master quest you'll need:

2 x Flask of Spring Blossoms
2 x Flask of the Warm Sun
2 x Flask of the Earth
2 x Flask of Winter's Bite

This will cost about 300 to 500 gold on most servers for the mats and you should get that back within a a day from procs of extra flasks. You can also buy the flasks from the Auction House to complete quest but I suggest making them on your own.

You'll also need around 550 in Alchemy to make most of the flasks in this video but 600 to make them all or through the bypass of discovery. Check http://www.tarouwowguides.com/wow-alchemy-guide-1-600-leveling-alchemy-l... for an easy Alchemy leveling guide.

Herbalism is a great profession to have with Alchemy if you're Elixir or Potion spec. It can really help out those who don't have any gold to start Alchemy since you can farm your own mats.

When you're getting mats for flasks or any item for that matter, it can save you a ton of money by asking players directly to sell to you instead of going through the Auction House. Just check the Auction House and direct message whoever is selling the Golden Lotus or herbs you need. Tell them you want to buy in bulk and what you're willing to pay. You can also use the Trade Channel to find sellers and get people to CoD you what they have at your asking price. I do most of my purchasing for videos from the Auction House to show a more obtainable profit margin but you can increase yours greatly by following my advice.

With Elixir spec, you only want to focus on flasks that are going to make you gold. Seems easy enough but I watch a lot of players waste time and gold making flasks that have had their mats overpriced but the actual flask being too cheap to cover it. Simple math goes a long way.

Flask of Spring Blossoms
Flask of the Warm Sun
Flask of the Earth
Flask of Winter's Bite
Flask of Falling Leaves

While some servers can do well with Elixirs, most servers and players have a horrible time with them so I won't make any in this video. Feel free to test your server's market though and go from there.

When I make flasks, I make a ton. An insane amount some might say. That's because I typically make enough for a week or more. Putting the create flask on autopilot while doing other stuff makes it very convenient and easy to do. It's also fun to look back and see what sort of procs you got.

In this video I make every flask in mostly equal amounts but you might on your server that Earth is going to sell the least while you blow through Flask of the Warm Sun like crazy. That's ok and you can always use the money from sales to buy more mats so you can list up more flasks. I don't expect everyone to have a ton of gold and that's ok. Make what you can, collect the gold, and make more. Rinse and repeat until you do have a lot of money. Patience and sticking with it is key to success with Alchemy or anything in game or IRL for that matter. Becoming a millionaire over night just doesn't happen in most cases.

After you make all your flasks, make sure you do your daily cooldown for Living Steel if you haven't yet.

Ok, with all that done, we can now list everything up on the Auction House. For flasks you'll have a lot of competition and an addon like Auctionator can really help make things easier. If you don't have the Auctionator addon yet, I suggest getting it. I don't suggest using TradeSkillMaster since it's a bit too automated for flasks. You'll want to play the quantity game with flasks. What I mean by that is list in different quantities at different prices if it makes sense. I like to list in singles, fives, twenties, and even tens. Mixing things up gives a buyer more choice. Sometimes you can even get more gold for higher quantities. For example if there are only 12 flasks for 90g but a player wants 20, you could sell a 20 stack for 100g each. I wouldn't go crazy though and super overprice it. Be reasonable.

The best times to list flasks are between 6 to 10pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday but other non peak raid times can be good as well since the competition will be a lot lower. During peak raid times you'll have to check your flasks periodically for undercuts. You can do this between RBGs, BGs, or even wipes and other down time during a raid. If you're into camping the Auction House and that's what you find fun, that of course can work too. Auctionator works great for quickly cancelling the auctions you've been undercut on but keep in mind some you may have purposely priced above others. To avoid cancelling ones you want to keep, select the flask individually and then cancel the ones you want like I do in the video.

Ok so it has been a day and its time to empty the mailbox. We sold an unbelievable amount of flasks and could have even done more with a bit of extra focus.

Flask of Spring Blossoms x 160 = 12,654.44g (79.10g ea.)
Flask of the Warm Sun x 115 = 13,170.23g (114.52g ea.)
Flask of the Earth x 73 = 6,100.79g (83.57g ea.)
Flask of Winter's Bite x 56 = 4,202.4g (75.04g ea.)
Flask of Falling Leaves x 95 = 6,359.96 (66.95g ea.)
Living Steel x 1 = 379.81g
--------------------------------------------------------
+ Net Sales = 42,868g

- Cost of Mats = 24,737g
Green Tea Leaf x 244 = 395.28g (1.62g ea.)
Rain Poppy x 228 = 362.52g (1.59g ea.)
Silkweed x 360 = 709.2g (1.97g ea.)
Snow Lily x 516 = 970.08g (1.88 ea.)
Fool's Cap x 164 = 521.52g (3.18g ea.)
Golden Lotus x 378 = 21,508.2g (56.9g ea.)
Trillium Bar x 6 = 270g (45g ea.)
-----------------------------------------------------------
Grand Total Profit = 18,131g per day

Our net sales were 42,868 gold minus a mat cost of 24,737 gold which gave us a total profit of 18,131 gold. That's a bit low of a profit margin but who can complain at 18 thousand gold per day.

I absolutely love Alchemy and the potential gold it can consistently make no matter which spec you are. If you have enough characters, you can level Alchemy on three of them and pick each spec like I've done on my alts. If you don't have that luxury, Elixir spec is the best for players who don't mind a lot of competition, want just a few items to make with similar mats, and can watch their auctions on the AH often throughout the day and especially during peak raid times for cancelling and reposting while undercutting the other sellers.

Thanks for watching and if you're interested in the other two specs, here's links to those that will become available as they're uploaded.

How to: Children's Week - Achievements & Pets (Matron/Patron Title) Guide!

$

Average: 5(4 votes)

What's up guy and girl players of WoW. Tarou here bringing you an awesome video on how to do the Children's Week achievements and get all the pets/companions.

This year there aren't any new changes to Children's Week compared to last year for the holiday

Children's Week is underway and lasts until Monday. Just like Noblegarden there aren't any too difficult achievements and overall not too many to do either. It should only take half a day to complete everything for most players. This holiday is required for the meta-achievement, "What A Long, Strange Trip It's Been" but, is one of the easiest ones. You don't need to complete 'Veteran Nanny'.

To get started, head to the Orphanage and speak with the orphan matron. The quest she gives is just a simple one to call the orphan with whistle she provided and talk with them. Next, you'll get three quests. They basically just want you to take the orphan to three different places. Easy enough so, accept all of them.

Next, let's get going on the some of the achievements. First one up is 'Home Alone'. Just hearth with your orphan out to get it completed. Super easy and now let's take a look at 'Bad Example'. For 'Bad Example' we need to eat some sweets while the orphan is watching. Check your character to see if they can make Tasty Cupcakes. If they can, head to the Auction House and buy the mats. The Northern Eggs and any other mats needed for making anything during any holiday are going to be higher than normal. You can also just buy the Tasty Cupcake if you can't make them. After you get the eggs, you can get the Simple Flour from any Trade or Cooking Supplies vendor. Each time you cook these, you'll cook a stack of 5. You can eat one and sell the rest on the Auction House like I'll do in a little bit.

Next, we'll buy the Tigule and Foror's Strawberry Ice Cream. This you can buy from the Snack-O-Matic vendor inside the bottom deck of a zeppelin for Horde. For Alliance, Lisa McKeever in Stormwind sells them just near a cart near the cooking daily quest giver. Once you get the ice cream, eat it up and get credit. I'll buy extras to sell on the Auction House along with the cupcakes and eggs just to show you how to make a little gold during this holiday event. For the next ones, we'll need to go to Dalaran and see Aimee who sell pies, pastries, and cakes. From the vendor, buy Dalaran Doughnuts, Dalaran Brownies, Red Velvet Cupcakes, and a Lovely Cake. Then, eat everything while your orphan is watching. When you get to the Lovely Cake, put it on the floor and loot all the slices. Eat one of everything and sell the leftovers on the Auction House.

Last up we have to eat a Delicious Chocolate Cake. Check to see if you can make it. This character of mine can't so, I'll get on my main who has the recipe. I'll buy all the mats from the Auction House and buy many extras to make some extra bank. Since my other character is in Dalaran, I'll send him to buy the Flask of Port that I'll need for each cake and then mail it to my main. Now with all the mats, I can buy the rest from the Trade Supplies vendor and milk from the General Goods vendor to make all the cakes. Next, I'll send one off to my alt.

Finally, I eat the Delicious Chocolate Cake which gives me the 'Bad Example' achievement and a happy buff. Since we're already in Northrend, I'll fly over to Utgarde Pinnacle and get the 'Hail To The King, Baby' achievement completed. I was going to clear everything with my lock which would take a bit of time but, is totally doable. Instead, I'm using my druid to stealth to the last boss so I can skip everything and save time. Or so I thought. Damn gate in my way which means I'll have to kill Skadi the Ruthless real quick. No biggy, he's dead and now to move on. The last boss is a joke when you're 85 and he easily drops giving my alt lock the achievement, 'Hail To The King, Baby'.

Well with that done, let's queue up for Arathi Basin and get 'School of Hard Knocks' out of the way. The strat for this is just be the first out of the gate, haul ass to the farm, and assault the flag before anyone else. This part is pretty easy and already done. You can stay and finish the bg or afk out. Ok, I've hearthed back to Org and will start on the quests we got in the beginning. I'm flying over to Azshara to do the 'Ridin' the Rocketway' one. Just check your map and fly to the marked location. Then, hop on the two-seater rocket with your orphan and let the scene play out as your orphan tries to drive and almost gets you both killed. Can't blame him though. You enabled him by letting him have access to dangerous controls. Once you're safe you'll get credit and can turn in the quest. Next, we'll fly over to Mulgore to get 'The Fallen Chieftan' quest taken care of. Turn it in and get some gold, rep, and even experience if you aren't level 85 yet. For the last quest we'll take the zep over to Undercity. You can get a port from a mage as well. Once in Undercity, fly to Sylvanas who is marked on your map and complete 'The Banshee Queen' quest. With all three completed you'll get another two quests which can be done in Orgrimmar so, we'll hearth back there. First, let's get the 'You Scream, I Scream...' Just buy a Cone of Cold ice cream from the vendor, target your orphan, and use it to complete the quest. Next, we'll do 'Let's Go Fly a Kite'. All you have to do is find the Toys and Novelties vendor, Blax, who wonders around in the drag and buy a Dragon Kite from him. Then, use it on your orphan to complete the quest.

Next, get the new quest which wants you to buy an itemfrom the same vendor. This time get a Foam Sword Rack and turn it in to the matron in front of the orphange to complete the 'A Warden of the Horde' quest. Once you turn it in, you can pick one of four pets, 25 Magical Pet Biscuits, or a bag of gold. The bag of gold only has 5g in it and is hardly worth it. I'll go with the Snail Shell which looks like this. Pretty neat little pet. If you have several alts, I'd suggest doing at least this quest line on them and get a different pet on each. This way when pets are account-wide, you'll have all the pets already. Ok, back to the 'School of Hard Knocks' achievement. We're doing the assault a tower in Alterac Valley part. You can bolt to Stonehearth Bunker when the game starts or check to see if there are some flippers setup in a bunker somewhere like you see here. They are looking to get Tower Defense completed which means they want to defend 50 times. This is also why they won't kill you and allow you to flip the tower back and forth. This is PvP though and totally up to you whether you want to own them or let them be.

Next, I'll work on the 'Daily Chores' achievement which wants us to complete 5 daily quests with our orphan out. You don't need to have them out while you do the quests, just when you turn them in. I'm doing the ones in Tol'Barad since they're easy and don't take long to do. I'll do the cooking one for my 5th one. Nice, got the 'Daily Chores' achievement completed. Now we can get back to 'School of Hard Knocks' achievement by heading into Warsong Gulch and returning a flag. Simple enough and got that taken care of pretty easily. All we have to do now is the one for Eye of the Storm. I get in to a decent Eye of the Storm and basically just wait next to the flag like everyone else wanting to do the achievement and I spam like hell. It took a little but got the flag and headed to the Mage Tower to turn it in. Of course I run out of hard drive space and won't be able to show me completing it but here's the achievement. It gave me 'School of Hard Knocks' and the meta, 'For The Children' which in turn gave me the title Patron. Grats to all who have been following along.

Well, that's all for the achievements and now let's finish up the quests and get some pets. I'll switch over to my main and show you how to do the quest line for Children's Week that starts in Shattrath. This one will lead to a pet as well. Get your three quests and head to the Dark Portal first. Once you get there, just whistle for your orphan and complete it. Next, fly over to the Throne of the Elements inside Nagrand and do the same. When that's completed fly over to Zangramarsh and make a stop with the Sporeggar are. Get your orphan out and complete that one. Then, pick up the two quests, 'Now, When I Grow Up...' and 'Time to Visit the Caverns'. We'll start with the growing up one which just wants us to visit Silvermoon and bring our orphan to see the Elite Tauren Chieftan who are on a balcony. Doesn't look like they're rocking out right now but this is who our orphan idolizes I suppose. After a little show from the little guy, the quest is complete and now to head to Dalaran. In Dalaran see the Orphan Matron who's near the fishing daily person. She'll display two quests all you'll want to decide if you want Roo of the Oracles or Kekek of the Wolvar pet. I have the Wolvar on a different character so I'll go with Roo this time. No matter which you pick, the quests are the same aside from one. Just check your map and you'll figure it out. Ok, talk to the matron to get credit for the quest and then whistle for your orphan. Complete that quest and get the three available. The format is the exact same as Org and Shattrath ones. Fly to three places to complete the quests.

First we'll hit up the one in Dragonblight. Just check your map for the mark and let your orphan out to get credit for it. They'll see their future self kinda like you did when leveling through Dragonblight. Next, we'll fly over to Grizzly Hills to the big tree at Grizzlemaw located in the center of the zone. Get credit here as well and then fly all the way across the map to Borean Tundra's Winterfin Retreat. Whistle for your orphan and watch as a murloc with a top hat, cane, and minus a monicle pops out to start a little number that completes your 'Playmates' quest.

Alright so next we need to visit the Etymidian. Just fly over to Sholozar Basin and then through the wave gate. You'll see a tall boss looking guy and that's who you'll want to show Roo too. Then, fly back through the way gate and over into Dragonblight. In Dragonblight head to the top of Wyrmrest Temple to see Alexstrasza. That'll complete 'The Dragon Queen' quest and now to head back to Dalaran. When you get to Dalaran, go to the Wonderworks toy shop and buy a small paper zepellin. It's on the last page and don't mistake it for the normal toy zep. This one says it's only good during Children's Week. After you buy it, whistle for your orphan and toss them the small paper zep. They'll actually toss it back and you'll get credit for the quest.

Finally, you can visit the Orphan Matron in Dalaran again and complete the quest, 'Back to the Orphange'. She won't give you the pet and you might be like me thinking, oh maybe I did it already or something. Instead, check your mailbox in a few minutes and it should have arrived. It looks just like the orphan you've been taking around. Grats on the companion and now let's get back to the one that started in Shattrath. Head through the Caverns of Time portal in Dalaran and then fly to the bottom. If you look at the bottom of the path, there is a quartermaster vendor and they will sell you a Toy Dragon which is what you need. After you buy it, head to the center and walk around until you get credit for the quest, 'Time to Visit the Caverns'. Then, turn it in. Don't freak out as the guards swarm in and try to take out your orphan. Damn racists. With all that done, head 'Back to the Orphanage' in Shattrath and complete the quest. Here you can choose which pet you want. There are four of them again and like before, I suggest using alts and getting them all so when pets go account-wide, you'll already have them. I'll choose Willy since I've always wanted him and his creepy floating body and one eye.

Wow, so.. I think that's it. We've done everything for Children's Week. Including afk's, IRL interruptions, and cookie time, it only took 4 hours total to do everything including the quests lines two or three times on alts to get the pets. We even made some gold.

Children's Week Item Sales + 708g

Cost of mats - 274g

MoP Herbalism Gold Making EP.2: 1,665g Per Hr - Best Herb Routes: Valley of the Four Winds

What's up guy and girl players of WoW. Tarou here and in this video, I'm going to show you the best routes for Herbalism in the Valley of the Four Winds.

In this episode, I'll show you two herb routes I like to use in the Valley of the Four Winds. Before you begin your farming adventures, make sure you have plenty of bag space by sending items off to an alt or storing in your bank, fully buffed, and repaired. Having at least one herb bag can be helpful.

You'll need to have atleast 545 in Herbalism to get started although 575 is best. If you have a Gnomish Army Knife, gathering enchant, or a racial buff this can be less of course. If you don't have Herbalism and would like to get it, check http://www.tarouwowguides.com/wow-herbalism-guide-1-600-leveling-herbali... for an easy leveling guide and video.

If you haven't seen my video with routes for the Jade Forest, you'll want to check http://www.tarouwowguides.com/mop-herbalism-ep1-2490g-hr-best-herbalism-... out for more information on Herbalism and how to increase your gold per hour with it. To give you a general idea of the potential of this zone I will be hitting up the two different routes on the map 30 minutes each. I draw my routes manually by using an addon called Routes. To get my custom routes loaded in to your Routes Addon, check out my custom routes page.

Mostly we'll be gathering Green Tea Leaf and Silkweed but we'll also occassionally find Golden Lotus. Silkweed will always be near water and it's our preference for gathering on this route since it usually sells for more than Green Tea Leaf.

Best Herbalism Routes - Valley of the Four Winds Herb Path #1

Best Routes for the Jade Forest

When you fly through the Heartland area of the map, you can also mult-task by farming the Dark Soil mounds found all over the place. For a detailed video on gathering that up and getting best friends with everyone around, check out the video I have on the screen. It's really easy.

For this first route, I've pretty much lined it without running into any anoying vermin but there might be a few areas that you'll need to pop cooldowns and AoE them down to quickly get the herb and get out if you aren't a Druid.

Other than that this route is super simple but a bit larger than my normal ones. I do that because of the increased competition you'll find in VoTFW.

Herbalism - Valley of the Four Winds Route #1:
Green Tea Leaf x 93
Silkweed x 286
Golden Lotus x 5

After 30 minutes we picked 379 herbs and 5 Golden Lotus. Mediocre numbers for the valley but, competition was high. I saw 3 other Druids and a few others flower picking.

Alright now on to the second route. Inside the routes addon, I hide route 1 and uncheck hide for route #2.

Best Herbalism Routes - Valley of the Four Winds Herb Path #2

Best Routes for the Jade Forest

I really like route 2 the best for here for the amount of herbs you get but the main herb will change from Silkweed to Green Tea Leaf. Which is ok since we'll likely get more overall herbs.

This route is also smaller and you'll be flying through it much quicker. It'll also take you through a sha-touched area on the west side of the zone that'll net a variety of herbs to mix things up.

Again though expect a lot of competition especially near the Heartland section. The level 90 presence is very high with Halfhill Market, Galleon, and other things to do at top level. It's a great place to hang out while waiting on queues to pop too. Just make some laps around my routes and grab up some herbs while you wait.

I mentioned it in the Jade Forest video but just a reminder it really pays to have Mist-Piercing Goggles. These give you a chance to find extra herbs. You can find them on the Auction House or have an Engineer make them for you. They'll get you your gold back in a day or so and you don't even need to equip them or even soul-bind them. Just leave them in your bags and they'll do the work. You can tell they are working by the mist over some of the herbs. Herbalism - Valley of the Four Winds Route #2: Green Tea Leaf x 310 Silkweed x 84 Snowlily x 14 Desecrated Herb x 8 Golden Lotus x 3 Ok so we finished up our second route's 30 minute session with 416 herbs which was a bit higher than our first route but we only ended up with 3 Golden Lotus. That's decent and now all we left to do is go back to town and list everything on the Auction House. All herbs will go up in full stacks and singles for Golden Lotus with a timer of 12 hours.

The main addon I use for listing gathering items is Auctionator. When listing any mats you can pretty much ignore the singles or stacks made up of a few that are way underpriced. Don't bother undercutting them and instead price above them. Anyone buying herbs will need more than just a few and will be forced to buy your stacks at the higher, most likely more reasonable price.

Herbalism - Valley of the Four Winds Route #1:
Green Tea Leaf x 93 = 126.90g (27.30g / stack)
Silkweed x 286 = 429g (30g / stack)
Golden Lotus x 5 = 331.10g (66.22g ea.)
---------------------------
Total = 887g in 30 minutes

Herbalism - Valley of the Four Winds Route #2:
Green Tea Leaf x 310 = 423.15g (27.30g / stack)
Silkweed x 84 = 126g (30g / stack)
Snowlily x 14 = 19.15g
Desecrated Herb = 10.97g
Golden Lotus x 3 = 198.66g (66.22g ea.)
---------------------------
Total = 778g in 30 minutes

Herbalism - Valley of the Four Winds Route #1 & #2 Total:
--------------------------------------------------------
Grand Total = 1,665g in one hour

After a day everything sold but the overall selling prices were weaker than normal for my server.

Adding both routes together totalled 795 mixed herbs and 8 Golden Lotus which amounted to 1,665g for an hour of farming. That is a bit weak and mostly due to those lower selling prices and the increased competition. Now don't let that deter you from adventuring into the Valley of the Four Winds to do some herb picking. It is still a great zone and very functional for mult-tasking.

Well, that's it and I'll see you next time when we head over to Kun-Lai Summit.

MoP Gold Making w/ Mining EP.2: 2,700g/hr - Best Mining Routes: Valley of the Four Winds

What's up guy and girl players of WoW. Tarou here and in this video, I'm going to show you the best routes for Mining in the Valley of the Four Winds.

In this episode we'll look at two routes for this zone. Make sure you have enough bag space,  you're repaired, and buffed.

You'll need to have atleast 500 in Mining although 550 is ideal which can be less if you have a bonus for mining. If you don't have Mining and would like to get it, check out http://www.tarouwowguides.com/wow-mining-guide-1-600-leveling-mining-gui... for a fully detailed guide with route maps and tips.

If you haven't seen my video with routes for the Jade Forest, you should check it out for more tips on how to increase your gold per hour with Mining.

In the Valley of the Four Winds we'll be running each route for 30 minutes.

The routes I use always tried and true with some minor adjustments for better optimization happening live in the video if need be. I do this by using the addon Routes to draw on my maps manually. After these videos release, I always add my new routes to my custom Routes. You'll also need the Routes Addon which all gatherers should have.
Best Routes for valley of the four winds
The path I'm showing now is semi-long but gives plenty of time for nodes to respawn and to trip up competition if you have any. I really shouldn't say 'if'. You will have competition in VoTFW considering it is one of the most populated zones for levelers and level 90s. Lots of idlers mindlessly farming waiting on an RBG, a Gar group to form, or any other numerous reasons.

This, like any other zone, will have lots of rare mobs you can stop and kill as well. It's a great way to multi-task and get some more achievements done.

Not to mention all the Dark Soil you can find in the Heartland section that give you rep with the individual Tillers. I've linked a video on the screen to help you with getting to Best Friends with all the Tillers fast and easy.

Mining - Valley of the Four Winds Route #1:
Ghost Iron Ore x 349

Alright so after 30 minutes we mined up 349 Ghost Iron Ore which is pretty similar to the Jade Forest. Now let's switch the route to my second one and see how it does.
Best Routes for valley of the four winds
Oh and even though I mentioned it in episode one, make sure you buy your Mist-Piercing Goggles if you haven't yet. They don't cost much and you'll get it back in extra nodes within one gathering session. Just check the AH or get an Engineer to make them for you. Then, leave them in your bags and they'll give you extra nodes indicated by clouding nodes with a mist.

This second routes focuses on a less populated west side but still shoots you through the most popular heartland area and daily quest section. The sheer amount of node spawns easily justifies going into the thick of the competition. Don't forget to CC single mobs and always pop all your cooldowns to kill them fast if you do pull aggro. Those lost seconds really add up if you don't nuke mobs fast enough. I estimate that for every mob encounter, you're losing ore from as many as three nodes in the same time frame. Skip non rich nodes if level 90 mobs with lots of health are too close.

I've had competition all through out this farming session and here's one of competitors. He's just a bit slower than and while it looks like he has the last laugh by getting a Rich Ghost Iron vein in front of me, that one has mobs and there's a Trillium Ore vein right here.

Mining - Valley of the Four Winds Route #2:
Ghost Iron Ore x 453
Trillium Ore x 3

And with that we're finished with this second route. It did much better than the first giving us a nice 453 Ghost Iron Ore and 3 Trillium Ore.

Now we just head back to Orgrimmar and list up everything on the Auction House. First though we're going to compare prices for ore vs bars. In this case, bars are a big enough difference in price to warrant us smelting them. Or is it? I let you know at the end of the video.

With everything smelted we can put the bars on the Auction House for 12 hours in full stacks by using the Auctionator addon.

Mining - Valley of the Four Winds Route #1:
Ghost Iron Ore x 349 = 1,160.60g (133.02g /stack bars)

Mining - Valley of the Four Winds Route #2:
Ghost Iron Ore x 453 = 1,506.45g (133.02g /stack bars)
Trillium Ore x 3 = 33.36g

Mining - Valley of the Four Winds Route #1 & #2 Total:
Ghost Iron Ore x 802/Trillium x 3 = 2,700g

After a few hours, everything sold without needing to relist. The two routes combined netted 802 Ghost Iron Ore and 3 Trillium Ore which gave us a grand total of 2,700 gold for an hours worth of farming. Now remember we sold bars so how would we have faired with ore. It would have been about 250 gold cheaper. So bars were a smarter choice right? Wrong because it took 11 minutes to smelt them and in that same 11 minutes we could have mined up about 147 ore which would equal around 440 gold. It would be worth it though if you wanted to go afk since smelting doesn't take player interaction.

Well, that's it and I'll see you in my next video and guide when we take a look at some routes for Kun-Lai Summit and a special item to make Mining faster.

If you haven't yet, please share this video, guide, and subscribe to http://www.youtube.com/ryutaroakatarou for tons of profession gold making and leveling videos.

MoP Gold Making w/ Mining EP.3: 1,635g/hr - Best Mining Routes: Kun-Lai Summit

What's up guy and girl players of WoW. Tarou here and in this video, I'm going to show you the best routes for Mining in Kun-Lai Summit.

As usual we'll be hitting up two routes for 30 minutes each and comparing the outcome and with this round we're in Kun-Lai Summit. Before you get going, make sure you have enough bag space,  you're repaired, and buffed.

You'll need to have atleast 500 in Mining but that will limit your ability to make a decent gold amount per hour. Skill level 600 is really where you want to be at which can be less if you have a bonus for mining. If you don't have Mining and would like to get it, check out my Mining 1-600 Leveling Guide for easy leveling of any profession.

If you haven't seen my video with routes for the Jade Forest or Valley of the Four Winds, you should check it out for more tips on how to increase your gold per hour with Mining.

The routes I use always tried and true with some minor adjustments for better optimization happening live in the video if need be. I do this by using the addon Routes to draw on my maps manually. After these videos release, I always add my new routes to my custom Routes. You'll also need the Routes Addon which all gatherers should have.
Best Routes for kun-lai summit
The first route we're on is a medium sized route that crosses over all types of terrain. Most of the Mining nodes do not have mobs but you will run into a few. Especially, when they have heighted sense and aggro the minute you begin Mining. Once you learn which ones, you can pre-emptively crowd control them and get the kill afterwards.

Normally, I don't stop during a video session to kill any rare elite mobs but since I saw Scritch pop up on the NPCscan alarm, I had to stop for a chance at a very expensive rep item called the Hozen Peace Pipe. It's a great item to sell if you need the gold with a price tag averaging 5,000 gold on most servers. Needless to say it can really boost your gold per hour if you're lucky enough to have it drop. It didn't drop for me but was worth the stop.

Kun-Lai is a great zone for mult-tasking while you farm ore. You can find groups for the outdoor raid bosses, complete some lorewalkers stuff, along with many treasure achievements and much more.

Luckily though the competition in the zone appears to be less than Valley of the Four Winds when it comes to gathering. It's still high but just not as bad. You'll also come across a lot more Trillium Veins. On the down side though the amount of Mining nodes is less concentrated with a fair amount inside mob heavy caves.

Mining - Kun-Lai Summit Route #1:
Ghost Iron Ore x 242
Trillium Ore x 7

Alright so after 30 minutes we mined up 242 Ghost Iron Ore which is weak when compared to our two previous zones. Anyways, let's switch to our second route and see how it does.

Best Routes for kun-lai summit
th routes do pass through the Fire Camp Ordo. This is a very important place to hit up if you don't have your Forager's Gloves which drop from Korda Torros. They increase your gathering speed by 1.5 seconds down to a max of 0.5 seconds. This is huge for any gatherer but the drop rate can be a bit daughting for some. It's about 10% and the mob respawns approximately every hour.

/target Korda Torros

This second route of mine can be a bit too fast which is why I like to throw in a cave run into the mix at the end of a lap. I've gone into the caves once already and this is the second time but I'm also doing this to show you how several nodes in a cave looks awesome but it can really sink your ore per hour amounts. This is just a glimpse at how it can destroy your farming potential. It does have benefits though; you usually don't have any competition, you can combine with Potion of Luck for extra drops and mob farming, and far less traveling.

If you decide to hit this area of caves, make sure to have berries found on the ground for their added buff to make killing the yeti easier.

Mining - Kun-Lai Summit Route #2:
Ghost Iron Ore x 202
Trillium Ore x 9

Ok so it's been 30 minutes and we've wrapped up the second route. It did horrible with 202 Ghost Iron and 9 Trillium. Not good numbers at all. Kun-Lai is just a difficult place to mine sometimes. I average about 700 ore per hour on a normal session and this was 250 below that.

It happens though and a 950 session can make that up.

Alright so now let's go to Org and throw everything up on the Auction House. Just like last video, I will make some bars but keep in mind what I said in the last episode. Smelting bars is usually only worth it when you want to AFK in town or have another reason to kill time. Otherwise farming more ore in the smelt time will net better numbers.

We're listing the Ghost Iron in full stacks for 12 hours. The Trillium Ore gets listed in singles most of the time but I'm throwing up a half stack for the heck of it. As always, I use the Auctionator addon.

Mining -  Kun-Lai Summit Route #1:
Ghost Iron Ore x 242 = 799.08g (132.08g /stack bars)
Trillium Ore x 7 = 73.85 (10.55g ea.)

Mining -  Kun-Lai Summit Route #2:
Ghost Iron Ore x 202 = 667g (132.08g /stack bars)
Trillium Ore x 9 = 94.95g (10.55g ea.)

Mining - Kun-Lai Summit Route #1 & #2 Total:
Ghost Iron Ore x 444/Trillium x 16 = 1,635g

After a few hours, everything sold without needing to relist. The two routes combined netted 444 Ghost Iron Ore and 16 Trillium Ore which gave us a grand total of 1,635 gold for an hours worth of farming. Those numbers are weak and we could have done a lot better. Not a big deal though since we did have fun with some rare elite which took up time.

Well, that's it and I'll see you in my next video and guide when we take a look at some routes for Townlong Steppes.

MoP Gold Making w/ Herbalism EP.3: 1,501g/hr - Best Herb Routes: Kun-Lai Summit

What's up guy and girl players of WoW. Tarou here and in this video, I'm going to show you the best routes for Herbalism in Kun-Lai Summit.

As usual we'll be hitting up two routes for 30 minutes each and comparing the outcome and with this round we're in Kun-Lai Summit. Before you get going, make sure you have enough bag space,  you're repaired, and buffed.

You'll need to have atleast 575 in Herbalism to get started here since the main herb is Snow Lily. Of course if you have a buff to Herbalism, this can be lower. If you don't have Herbalism and would like to get it, check http://www.tarouwowguides.com/wow-herbalism-guide-1-600-leveling-herbali... for an easy leveling guide and video.

If you haven't seen my video with routes for the Jade Forest or Valley of the Four Winds, you should check those out for more tips on how to increase your gold per hour with Herb'ing. They're linked near the end of the video and will probably answer any questions you have plus give you more zones to gather herbs in.

I draw my routes manually by using an addon called Routes. To get my custom routes loaded in to your Routes Addon, check out my custom routes page.

Best Herbalism Routes: Kun-Lai Summit Herb Path #1

Best Routes for Kun-Lai Summit

This first route is mostly covering the mid and slightly north section with all the mountain peaks. A huge change of scenery from Valley or the Jade Forest and that's very welcomed. I highly suggest any time you get bored with gathering to try and change zones to see if that helps. I know it helps me tremendously.

We're using a very short route here for the speed of Herb'ing which is why you might see me entering a few caves. I do this as a time delay of sorts and a quick way to pad the node count a bit. Because of my gathering speed this is doable. If you don't have Forager's Gloves and aren't a Tauren, you may want to skip caves unless you plan to pop a Potion of Luck and farm mobs at the same time. Speed is everything so classes with a sprint type of ability also help greatly. I completely ignore mobs and run in and out.

It still hurts farming time though and should be avoided in most cases. I was getting a bit of competition that I wanted to avoid and going in caves can help with that to a certain extent.

Herbalism - Kun-Lai Summit Route #1:
Snow Lily x 324
Golden Lotus x 4

After 30 minutes we picked 324 Snow Lily and 4 Golden Lotus. Not too great of numbers but expected during the peak time I was farming.

Ok with my first route done, we can move on to test out the second. This one is nice whether you have competition or not. It also allows for a mix of herbs instead of 100% Snow Lily.

Best Herbalism Routes: Kun-Lai Summit Herb Path #2

Best Routes for the Kun-Lai Summit

Both routes do pass through the Fire Camp Ordo.

Make a macro for /target Korda Torros or just do what I do and look for his blatently noticable ass walking through the camp. He sticks out so much when compared to the other mobs not only with his gear but his size and look as well.

The only portion of my second route that might annoy some is Kota Peak. You'll pick up the berries on the mini-map and might think they're Snow Lily only to find they're lame berries. The fruit are good for a buff to kill mobs but not something you'd want to farm. I skim the mini-map to see which is herbs and which is not.

We then swoop down to a Sha-Touched area that has Sha-Touched herbs. This helps mix things up as you wrap around through some Green Tea Leaf spawns and back into the heavily stocked Snow Lily areas and mountain peaks.

Just like the first route, I ran in a few caves to snatch up some herbs quick and booked out of there. It still isn't worth it for the most part without a Golden Lotus appearing but it does give you a bit of a break from the route allowing for some excitement and spawn stalling.

Herbalism - Kun-Lai Summit Route #2:
Green Tea Leaf x 28
Snowlily x 246
Desecrated Herb x 5
Golden Lotus x 2

Alright, we've wrapped up 30 minutes on our second route and the results are worse than the first for overall amount which came in at 279 herbs and only 2 Golden Lotus.

That's still in line with my average runs but definitely on the low side. I attibute that to the higher competition we ran into on both routes.

Nonetheless all herbs will go up in full stacks and singles for Golden Lotus with a timer of 12 hours. The main addon I use for listing gathering items is Auctionator.

Herbalism - Kun-Lai Summit Route #1:
Snow Lily x 324 = 646.90g (39.93g / stack)
Golden Lotus x 4 = 204.84g (51.21g ea.)
---------------------------
Grand Total = 852g in 30 minutes

Herbalism - Kun-Lai Summit Route #2:
Green Tea Leaf x 28 = 48.33g (34.52g / stack)
Snowlily x 246 = 491.17g (39.93g / stack)
Desecrated Herb x 5 = 7.24g
Golden Lotus x 2 = 102.42g (51.21g ea.)
---------------------------
Grand Total = 649g in 30 minutes

Herbalism - Valley of the Four Winds Route #1 & #2 Total:
Green Tea Leaf x 28 = 48.33g (34.52g / stack)
Snowlily x 570 = 1,138.07g (39.93g / stack)
Desecrated Herb x 5 = 7.24g
Golden Lotus x 6 = 307.26g (51.21g ea.)
--------------------------------------------------------
Grand Total = 1,501g in one hour

After a day most everything sold but I spaced and had to relist a few stacks.

Adding both routes together totalled 603 mixed herbs and 6 Golden Lotus which amounted to 1,501g for an hour of farming. Weaker numbers than I'm use to seeing but still decent nonetheless. Kun-Lai Summit is still a great zone to farm in for multiple reasons.

Well, that's it and I'll see you next time when we head over to Townlong Steppes where things get very interesting.

How to: Midsummer Festival Holiday Achieves (Flame Warden Title) Guide!

What's up guy and girl players of WoW. Tarou here and I'm bringing you an easy to follow guide on the Midsummer Festival.

To get started, head to the Midsummer Festival area in your major city. If you're not sure where one is, ask a commoner located throughout the major cities and they'll direct you. This holiday is more time consuming than anything and completing the achievements is fairly easy. You also can get two pets and the Flame Warden title. This holiday achievement is required for the meta-achievement, What a Long, Strange Trip It's Been. First thing we'll do is get all the quests. I'll start with Torch Tossing which is very easy. Just drag the torches to your hotbar and click the hotkey and then a brazier that has a mark on it. After you reach the amount needed for the quest it'll complete and your done. Following that will be another which is a daily. Next, it's Torch Catching. The first one only requires you to catch it four times which is very simple but, the daily is 10 times and pose a challenge for most. Org or SW can be especially laggy and prevent you from doing it. If you have a Druid, travel form makes this cake. Here I'm using my mage that doesn't have any speed increases like an enchant on boots so it's actually a difficult quest. I fail, fail, and fail again for reasons I understand and others which make no sense other than a possible client to server side lag issue. I'll head to Thunderbluff which should be empty and try my luck there. I fail a few times here but it's looking more promising than Org was. Finally, after a huge time sink, I get the quest completed. I'm not sure if I'll bother doing it everyday. With all the other achievements, I shouldn't need the extra Burning Blossoms anyhow. Next up we'll do the Flame Keeper of Kalimdor, Extinguishing Kalimdor, and King of the Fire Festival. I'll be starting in Org and follow the map I have on the screen. I've found this to be the most convienent and fastest but you can of course change it how you like. Alliance will want to start where they're comfortable but, you do need to get the bonfire in Org that was shown in the beginning of the video.

Midsummer Festival Route Map - Kalimdor

Orgrimmar - Valley of Wisdom 47, 38 (Alliance Only) Durotar - Razor Hill 52, 47 Northern Barrens - The Crossroads 50, 55 Ashenvale - Silverwind Refuge 51, 66 Ashenvale - Forest Song 87, 42 Mount Hyjal - Nordrassil 63, 23 Winterspring - Everlook 59, 35 Winterspring - Everlook 62, 35 Darkshore - Lor'danel 49, 23 Darnassus - Rut'theran Village 55, 91 (Horde Only) Teldrassil - Dolanaar 54, 52 Azuremyst Isle - Azure Watch 44, 53 Bloodmyst Isle - Blood Watch 55, 69 The Exodar - The Crystal Hall 41, 26 (Horde Only) Stonetalon Mountains - Sun Rock Retreat 53, 62 Stonetalon Mountains - Mirkfallon Lake 49, 51 Desolace - Nijel's Point 65, 17 Desolace - Shadowprey Village 26, 76 Thunder Bluff - Spirit Rise 21, 26 (Alliance Only) Mulgore - Bloodhoof Village 51, 59 Southern Barrens - Desolation Hold 41, 68 Southern Barrens - Fort Triumph 48, 72 Dustwallow Marsh - Brackenwall Village 33, 30 Dustwallow Marsh - Theramore Isle 62, 40 Tanaris - Gadgetzan 52, 29 Un'Goro Crater - Marshal's Stand 60, 63 Un'Goro Crater - Marshal's Stand 56, 66 Uldum - Ramkahen 53, 32 Uldum - Ramkahen 53, 34 Silithus - Cenarion Hold 51, 41 Silithus - Cenarion Hold 60, 33 Feralas - Camp Mojache 72, 47 Feralas - Feathermoon Stronghold 47, 44

Ok, first up we'll head south and hit up Razor Hill. Next, we'll head to the Crossroads. It's pretty easy to find the tents since you can see them from a mile away. Next, we'll hit Ashenvale, Silverwing Refuge. Ah, reminds of the Warsong Gulch days. That's one thing I like about doing this. You can see the world once again that you may have forgotten. It's also a great time to get the explorer achievement if you still need it. Since we're close to the Zoram Strand, we'll also do the quest we got, Unusual Activity. It wants you to find a Twilight Correspondence. Just kill any Twilight mob and they should drop it on the first or second kill. Then use the item in your bags to call the Earthen Ring Guide. They'll then give you a quest called, An Innocent Disguise. I noobed out a little and used the item a bit too soon so it was a slow walk. Instead, just get close and use the disguise. Then, call the Earthen Ring Guide again. I wonder what this Alliance is doing. That's it walk away before I kill you lowbie Nightelf. Oh hell no. Did he just kill my Earthen guide. He couldn't leave the level one alone. Well, that means I can't leave him alone. Die bitch and don't ever touch an Earthen Ring Guide again. Well, with that taken care of, let's head to the next spot. We'll travel to the other side of Ashenvale for the Forest Song location. Next, we'll cruise up high into Mount Hyjal to work on the Cataclysm part achievement. It's just outside of Nordrassil. Next, we'll head over to Winterspring and grab the two flames on either side of Everlook. Oh and I'm not sure if you've noticed but we're getting some decent experience doing all these flame quests. It'll be interesting to see what level we end up with when all this is done. Ok, now we grab the flame in Darkshore which is just outside of Lor'danel. Next up it's into Teldrassil. If you have a flying mount you can just fly to it and not worry about fatigue. If you are on a ground mount you'll need to take the boat. First we'll grab the Flame of Darnassus and then turn around and get the one at Dolanaar. From there we head back down to the water and go to the east dock. We'll take this boat to Azuremyst Isle. Once you get to Azuremyst Isle, hit up Azure Watch first especially if you're Horde. Then, go over to Bloodmyst Isle and get the bonfire at Blood Watch. Don't mind the achievement I get here. I noobed out and forgot this one and had to come back for it. Finally, go to the Exodar if you're Horde so, when you die and corpse hop, you can just hearth your way out instead of trying to do it in and out. I had a bit of trouble getting in there since I went the wrong way like a noob but you basically want to take the main entrance and not fail with your Invisible if you're a Mage so you can get a good distance in before dying. Naturally, if you're level 85 you won't have nearly as much trouble. Whoo, got that one done and now I'll just die and spirit rez. Finally, I'll take a port back to Org. Back in Org I turn in the quests we got from the two capital cities. If you're Alliance, you should only have one so far from Org. Just incase you're curious, you cannot queue for Frost Lord Ahune until you're level 84. I'm 80 at the moment so it won't let me. Next, we'll grab the Striking Back quest and head out to Sun Rock Retreat in Stonetalon Mountains. If you're Alliance, you should have gotten back to Darkshore and flown your way down here. Don't worry about getting the quest we got on Horde either. You'll get yours before we head to the area it's completed in. I took the flight point here even if straight flying is faster just to take a break. Alright, we landed in Sun Rock and now to hit up the flames here. First this one outside of Sun Rock and the next one is in Mirkfallow Lake which is just north of Sun Rock. Next, we'll hit up Nijel's Point. Then, south and over to Shadowprey Village. Reminds of when I use to run Mara back in classic. Was lots of fun. Any of you remember the Mara days and killing the princess. She was pretty hot, haha. Anyways, next we'll fly straight across the zone to Thunderbluff if you're Alliance and then south to Bloodhoof Village. Horde can go straight to Bloodhoof Village. Next up we'll be flying over to Southern Barrens for a double play. First is Desolation Hold and then just across the way to Fort Triumph. We then hop over to Duskwallow Marsh and hit up Brackenwall Village followed by Theramore Isle which is really before the entrance of the hold there. Next we head down south to Gadgetzan. Being a neutral town, both faction's fires are on either side which makes it easy to grab both. The next place we head to is in Un'Goro and is called, Marshal's Stand. This place also has both faction's fires adjacent from one another. We then head down south to hit up a Cataclysm set of fires right outside of Vir'naal Oasis for both factions. Next, we fly north over into Silithus and get the ones for each faction on either sides of Cenarion Hold. I remember coming here a lot when the AQ event was going on. Farmed like crazy those templar things. After we get those, we fly north again into Feralas and grab the one at Camp Mojache which gives us the Flame Keep of Kalimdor achievement if you're Horde and Extinguishing Kalmidor if you're Alliance. Last up for Kalimdor we hit Feathermoon Stronghold which finishes up Extinguishing Kalimdor for Horde and Flame Keeper of Kalimdor for Alliance. Wow, it took us roughly an hour and a half to do Kalimdor. Now it's off to Eastern Kingdoms. I like to start with Stranglethorn Vale first if I'm Horde. Take the zep from Org to Grom'gol. Then, grab the bonfire just outside Grom'gol and fly over to Fort Livingston.

Midsummer Festival Route Map - Eastern Kingdoms

Northern Stranglethorn - Grom'gol Base Camp 50, 70 Northern Stranglethorn - Fort Livingston 51, 63 The Cape of Stranglethorn - East of Booty Bay 40, 51 The Cape of Stranglethorn - East of Booty Bay 51, 67 Westfall - Moonbrook 45, 62 Duskwood - Darkshire 73, 55 Blasted Lands - Dreadmaul Hold 46, 14 Blasted Lands - Nethergarde Keep 58, 17 Swamp of Sorrows - Bogpaddle 76, 14 Swamp of Sorrows - Bogpaddle 76, 14 Redridge Mountains - Lakeshire 24, 53 Elwynn Forest - Goldshire 43, 65 Stormwind City - The Canals 49, 72 (Horde Only) Burning Steppes - Morgan's Vigil 68, 60 Burning Steppes - Flame Crest 51, 29 Badlands - Dragon's Mouth 19, 56 Badlands - New Kargath 24, 37 Loch Modan - Thelsamar 32, 40 Dun Morogh - Kharanos 54, 45 Ironforge - Hall of Explorers 64, 25 (Horde Only) Wetlands - Menethil Harbor 13, 47 Twilight Highlands - Bloodgulch 53, 46 Twilight Highlands - Thundermar 47, 28 Arathi Highlands - Refuge Pointe 44, 46 Arathi Highlands - Hammerfall 69, 42 The Hinterlands - Revantusk Village 76, 74 The Hinterlands - Aerie Peak 14, 50 Hillsbrad Foothills - Tarren Mill 55, 50 Silverpine Forest - The Sepulcher 50, 38 Western Plaguelands - Chillwind Camp 43, 82 Western Plaguelands - The Bulwark 29, 57 Tirisfal Glades - Brill 57, 52 Undercity - Ruins of Lordaeron 68, 9 (Alliance Only) Silvermoon City - Court of the Sun 70, 43 (Alliance Only) Eversong Woods - North Sanctum 46, 50 Ghostlands - Tranquillien 46, 26

Next, fly down south to east of Booty Bay. They'll be two bonfires there. One for Alliance and the other for Horde. After that, we fly up to Westfall. The bonfire there is just outside of Moonbrook. I remember running here to do the Deadmines. Use to be some fun PvP outside the instance. Also, had a secret area a Mage could blink through and explore the making of Burning Crusade when it was being developed. Next, we'll hit up Darkshire in Duskwood and then fly over east to Blasted Lands to get Dreadmaul Hold and then again east to Nethergarde Keep for the bonfires. Next, fly north to hit up Bogpaddle and grab the Horde and Alliance Bonfires there. Then fly west and north a tad into Redridge for the Alliance bonfire just south of Lakeshire. This place use to be awesome for PvP. I loved coming here to screw with lowbies which got them to get on mains or call in guildies to PvP. Anyways, on to Elwynn Forest for the Alliance bonfire at Goldshire. I once heard that on RP servers Goldshire is the red light district of the Alliance. What happens in Goldshire stays in Goldshire or something along those lines. Any RP'ers let me know the real deal in the comments. Can't always believe rumors ya know. Alright, on to Stormwind. This is only for Horde and can be a bit of a challenge. If you're 85 of course it's easier but either way watch out for the flying guards and head above the bonfire. Then, swoop down and click the bonfire. You'll likely die and rather than spending a long run back, just take the rez sickness and move on to Burning Steppes. We'll first hit Morgan's Virgil and then fly over to Flame Crest. With those out of the way we can hop over to the next area, Badlands and get the one at Dragon's Mouth and then New Kargath. From there we're into Loch Modan and hitting up Thelsamar for the bonfire there. Then, we'll fly west over into Dun Morogh to get the Alliance Bonfire at Kharanos. While that one was easy I wonder how our next one will be. Only Horde needs to do this and it's located inside Ironforge. We need to fly through to the Hall of Explorers. Wow, didn't even make it in the door. Epic fail right there. Ok, round 2. Haha, of course a flying guard comes just as I rez. Alrighty, round 3. This time I could rez and get full health. That let me fly to the Hall of Explorers where the bonfire is located. A quick rez, loot, and death send be back to graveyard successful in round 4. I'll just spirit rez here and take the sickness. Again much easier when you're 85. On my Druid I didn't even miss a beat in and out of there with mere scratches. Next, fly straight up the Wetlands and get the bonfire outside of Menethil Harbor. We'll then fly over to Twilight Highlands to get part of our Cataclysm achievements done. Blood Gulch is the one we'll hit up first and then circle back around for Thundermar. Nice we got the Extinguishing of the Cataclysm achievement done. After that, we'll fly up to Arathi Highlands and get the flame at Refuge Point. Then, circle back up to Hammerfall and get that one. Next, I'll go up to Revantusk Village in the Hinterlands and get the Horde flame there. Then, I'll head slightly northwest and go to Aerie Peak and get the Alliance flame found there. Next, it's over to the oldschool hotspot, Tarren Mill in Hillsbrad to get the Horde bonfire that's there. Then, I'll fly over to Silverpine Forest to the Sepulcher and get its bonfire. Next, I'll zigzag back to hit up Western Plaguelands. In WP I'll grab the Alliance bonfire at the Chillwind Camp and then go over to The Bulwark for the Horde one. When you get the WP ones done, fly over to Brill and get the Horde bonfire there. Then, fly to Undercity and if you're Alliance, hit up the bonfire here. If you're Horde, turn in the Alliance major city quests and get A Thief's Reward quest line completed which'll give you the achievement, King of the Fire Festival and a Crown of the Fire Festival which looks like this. Grats on that and now take the orb to Silvermoon. Alliance you'll get yours after Silvermoon. Don't forget to grab the flame there. Horde you don't have to worry and can just head straight to the bonfire in Eversong Woods and then U-y back to the flight master and take a flight down to Tranquillien. Once there, complete the flame quest. The Eastern Kingdoms took us a little over an hour to complete. Finally, hearth back to town and go to the Mage or Portal trainer and take the port to Blasted Lands. Alliance you'll want to turn in all your capital city quests in Stormwind or Ironforge and then go to the Mage portal trainer. Next, fly through the Dark Portal and click this Ice Stone to summon a Glacial Templar for the quest, Striking Back. Uh oh, looks like a 84 hunter pretending to be a girl wants to ruin my day. I'm not about to let that happen so I'll just fly away for a minute or two. He's gone and now to summon the guy again and kill him. And yes I'm assuming the hunter was a dude. His name is Zenken which no girl would ever pick. If it is a girl, my appologies and my number is 555, nah just kidding.

Midsummer Festival Route Map - Outland

Hellfire Peninsula - Thrallmar 55, 40 Hellfire Peninsula - Honor Hold 62, 58 Shadowmoon Valley - Shadowmoon Village 33, 30 Shadowmoon Valley - Wildhammer Stronghold 40, 55 Terokkar Forest - Allerian Stronghold 55, 55 Terokkar Forest - Stonebreaker Hold 52, 43 Nagrand - Telaar 50, 70 Nagrand - Garadar 51, 34 Zangarmarsh - Zabra'Jin 36, 52 Zangarmarsh - Telredor 69, 52 Blade's Edge Mountains - Sylvanaar 42, 66 Blade's Edge Mountains - Thunderlord Stronghold 50, 59 Netherstorm - Area 52 31, 63 Netherstorm - Area 52 32, 68

Anyways, moving on to the Flame Keeper of Outland achievement. I'll begin with Thrallmar and the go south to just east of Honor Hold. Once those are done, I fly south down to Shadowmoon Valley. In Shadowmoon Valley we stop by Shadowmoon Village and Wildhammer Stronghold. Then, Allerian Stronghold in Terrokar Forest followed by Stonebreaker Hold. Why isn't the Horde base called Stronghold like the Alliance one. Did the person who made up the names just like Alliance better and was like yeah, Horde are weak so they don't deserve the 'strong' part in the name. Hmm, I wonder. Next up we'll hit Telaar which is in Nagrand. Then fly north to Garadar and grab the one just outside of town there. After that, head to Zangarmarsh and hit up the flame just south of Zabra'jin. Then, fly east to Telredor and get the flame there. Next, fly north to Blades Edge and stop in Sylvanaar. Then, fly over to Thunderlord Stronghold and grab the flame there. Finally, hit up the last zone Netherstorm and the flames are located just outside of Area 51 on either side. The Outlands only took us about 15 minutes. Now we can hearth back to town and turn in Striking Back. Since we have to go to Northrend next and we'll be doing the Flame Keeper of Northrend and Extinguishing Northrend achievements for that continent, we also can do the Torch Juggler achievement at the same time. Buy 10 to 15 Juggling Torches from the vendor. Some can do it in 10 and some can do it with 15. I needed 12 so I should have 15 to begin with. You may also have some already so check on that first and just buy what you need.

Midsummer Festival Route Map - Northrend

Borean Tundra - Fizzcrank Airstrip 55, 20 Borean Tundra - Bor'gorok Outpost 51, 12 Sholazar Basin - River's Heart 47, 66 Sholazar Basin - River's Heart 47, 62 Dragonblight - Agmar's Hammer 39, 48 Dragonblight - Wintergarde Keep 75, 44 Crystalsong Forest - Windrunner's Overlook 78, 75 Crystalsong Forest - Sunreaver's Command 80, 53 The Storm Peaks - K3 40, 86 The Storm Peaks - K3 42, 87 Zul'Drak - The Argent Stand 41, 61 Zul'Drak - The Argent Stand 43, 71 Grizzly Hills - Conquest Hold 19, 61 Grizzly Hills - Amberpine Lodge 34, 61 Howling Fjord - Camp Winterhoof 48, 13 Howling Fjord - Fort Wildervar 58, 16

To get started in Northrend, I'll take the zep to Borean Tundra. Then, I'll fly north up to Fizzcrank Airstrip and then over to Bor'gorok Outpost to get both those flames. Next, I'll head up a zone to Sholazar Basin and get the two flames at River's Heart. After that we go over to Dragonblight and get the first flame just outside of Agmar's Hammer and then fly east over to Wintergarde Keep to get the one there. Next, we'll fly north to Crystalsong Forest and grab the flames at Windrunner's Overlook and then Sunreaver's Command. After that we can make a quick pitstop in Dalaran for our Juggling achievement. This one for some reason wasn't working as easy as last year. Could just be me but I got it on the first try or at least first few. I actually had to work a little extra to get it this time. I ended up using 12 torches and I split them up in didn't stacks in my bag. This probably does absolutely nothing but I was willing to try anyway. Then, I grabbed the torch and set them to a hotkey. I spammed the hotkey as I spammed my mouse targeting the floor beneath my character. I found putting the mouse in front of my keyboard and hitting it relentlessly did the trick. That's why you see the camera getting all funky. Finally, with three seconds to spare, I got the Torch Juggler achievement. Grats to you all as well. Ok, back with the flames achievements we just take a quick trip northeast to the Storm Peaks where we'll get the two flames at K3. Northrend is kinda like Outlands and is very short when compared to Kalimdor and Eastern Kingdoms. You luckily don't have too many to do. Ok, next up we'll head east to Zul' Drak and both flames are on either side of the Argent Stand. From there, we'll fly down south to Grizzly Hills and hit up Conquest Hold followed by Amberpine Lodge. Finally, we'll fly down south to Howling Fjord hitting up Camp Winterhoof and then finishing it off by getting Fort Wildervar. Grats on your Northrend achievements and the Desecration of the Alliance achievement. Ok, we now have just four achievements left which one of them will get completed once we finish the Flame Keeper of Cataclysm so let's do that one. We have Deepholm and Vash'jir left on our list so let's grab Deepholm first. I luckily just leveled to 82 so we can grab the quest and get a quick ride there. The flame is right inside the main area rock structure and after we grab that, we just port back to Org.

Midsummer Festival Route Map - Deepholm

Deepholm - Temple of Earth 49, 51

Next, we head to Vash'jir. We haven't actually done this area so we'll take the boat and just complete the first quest. I then just swim out and fly out on top of the water to our last flame's location located at the Silver Tide Hollow. I could have just taken a flight point but I didn't know that at the time. Finally, once inside the opening in the hollow I find the flame and honor it which completes The Fires of Azeroth and Flame Keeper of Cataclysm achievements. It only tooks us 30 minutes in Northrend. Grats us and we only have two achievements left so let's hearth back to Org or Stormwind if you're Alliance.

Midsummer Festival Route Map - Vash'jir

Shimmering Expanse - Silver Tide Hollow 49, 42

Once back in town, talk with the Midsummer Merchant and start spending the Burning Blossoms you've saved up so far. You need 350 for the Captured Flame companion and 400 for the Midsummer set. If you've done everything like I have in the video, you should easily have enough blossoms to buy everything. I have 855 right now and we only need 750. For the Burning Hot Pole Dance achievement, you need to buy the mantle, vestments, and sandals. I've already done this on my Druid and I'd rather use the Burning Blossoms on my alt to buy some newly BoE Captured Flames to resell on the Auction House. So, I'll just put on the set and spin around the pole for 60 seconds just like you need to but I already have the achievement. Each time you spin you gain three extra minutes for the buff and it goes up to 60 minutes. It give 10% experience bonus for killing monsters. Super useful when you're 85. Ok, got that done and now the last achievement we have to do is Slay Ahune in the Slave Pens for the Ice the Frost Lord achievement. If you're 84 or above you can do this one so open up your dungeon browser and queue for the event. It's a really easy boss fight. Just kill the adds until he gets vulnerable and then attack Ahune. He should die on the first try. Some groups with lowbies or players who don't know what they're doing could take another wave of adds. After he's dead an epic cloak will drop and you will be rewarded of Satchel of Chilled Goods. It could contain this Ice Chip pet or even a Frostscythe epic staff. More than likely though you will get some blossoms and justice points. Make sure you loot the chest if this is your first time killing the frost lord. You can then turn in the quest and choose from a Tabard of Summer Flames of Summer Skies. Basically blue or orange. Which do you like. I'll go orange since it seems more fitting for the Midsummer Festival. Ok, with all those achievements done you should have been rewarded with the meta achievement, The Flame Keeper which awards the Flamer Keeper title. The whole event should take on average around 5 hours depending on how dedicated you are. Seems like a lot but it pretty much on part with any other holiday. Remember to do the Lord Ahune daily once a day for your Ice Chip pet and grats again to everyone. Well, that's it for this Midsummer Holiday event guide video and I hope it was helpful. What's up guy and girl players of WoW. Tarou here bringing you a vid on how to win at Hallow's End. This year's Hallows End began, Thursday October 18th and ends Monday, October 31st. It's one of my favorite holidays and worth doing whether you're looking to finish your "What A Long, Strange Trip It's Been" meta achievement, if you're wanting to snag that awesome headless horseman mount, a new title, or if you're just bored looking for something fun to do. Please enjoy this How to Win at Hallow's End: Achievement Guide - Happy Halloween! and if you have any questions or feedback, feel free to post them below in the comment section or on our forums.

How to Win at Hallow's End: Achievement Guide - Happy Halloween!

Tarou's WoW Blog SQ

To get started, look at which achievements you haven't done and try to focus on them first.

The new updates to 2012 will be added soon.

First up, I just do some easy trick or treating. This is mainly for the Tricks and Treats of Azeroth achievement which you can complete by going to all the towns listed and trick or treating by clicking on the pumpkins typically inside the Inns. It'll also help you to complete several other achievements so I suggest doing it first.

  • With Tricks and Treats you don't need to do Northrend, Cataclysm, or Pandaria to complete the meta achievement for the title but they're worth doing for gathering Tricky Treats to purchase items to complete other achievements or buy fun items like pets as well as getting gold and guild rep.
  • Once you complete all the Tricks and Treats you'll have tons of items to complete the rest of the achievements and even have a very good chance of getting the Sinister Squashling pet. Hell I got six of them and I only did Northrend and Cataclysm Inns mostly. I can't even imagine if you did all the Inns possible. Needless to say, don't bother buying it from the vendor.
  • Next up, I complete the quests available just outside of Undercity or Stormwind for Alliance. You can do the dailys there first if you like and then work on the main quests. They're extremely easy and don't take long at all to do. I also found a little trick while doing "Stink Bombs Away!". Since you also need to douse the wickerman outside of Stormwind, just log out after you finish it, log back in and you'll be at a closeby graveyard, alive. Then, just fly over, douse the wickerman and hearthback to Org. Then, you can do your mint quests for Orcs and Trolls inside Org and fly over to Thunderbluff or get a port to get that one as well. Next, take the zep back to Undercity or get a port, head inside, do "Clean Up in Undercity" and grab the mint there. Finally, go outside and turn everything in. Bam, done.
  • The next thing I'm going to do is "The Savior of Hallow's End". It's super easy to do and shouldn't take you but a few minutes to complete. Towards the end of Hallow's End players start to thin out and it can be a bit more difficult to complete especially if you're on a low population server. To avoid that, try completely this achievement early on. Also, do it outside your major hub like at Razor Hill just south of Org.
  • After that, queue up for the Headless Horseman and have your luck at the Headless Horsman's Reins. You'll have a chance at it everyday so good luck. It'll also let you complete the achievement "Bring Me The Head of... Oh Wait" and help with "Sinister Calling", "Check Your Head", among others.
  • Ok, so after you get all your Tricks and Treats done along with all the quests you can start on knocking out the easy achievements like "The Masquerade". Just ask in trade to trade Hallowed Wand casts. Remember you have to be in a party for it to work. If you try doing this towards the end you may have to tip to get the wand transformations you need so doing it early on pays off.
  • Between waiting on wand cast trades, queue for a BG like Alterac Valley, Tol Barad if it's about to start, or Isle of Conquest, pop a G.N.E.R.D candy and kill 10 players. It use to be 50 which was semi-difficult but now is only 10 players so you should be able to do it without dying very often. If you die, you'll have to eat another candy. This is also a good time to complete "Check Your Head". If you're somehow short on the Jack-o'-Lanterns used to complete it, you can get them from friends or the Auction House but don't expect them to be cheap early on.
  • Once all those are done, use your left over candy to complete "Out With It". Just eat candy until you get sick. Kinda like what you would've likely done when you were 10 or if you are 10, what you plan to do this Halloween.
  • This is also a good time to use a Tooth Pick and get the "That Sparkling Smile" achievement.
  • "Sinister Calling" and "The Mask Task" should've been completed while you did the Tricks and Treats. If for some reason you had insanely bad luck with getting the Sinister Squashling and Hallowed Helm, don't sweat it. Just do the Headless Horseman everyday and the dailys and you'll either get it as a drop or have enough Tricky Treats to buy them. I wouldn't buy them though until the last day of the holiday since it's a waste unless you have all the items you want and masks already.
  • "Trick or Treat!" is another one you would've already completed so we'll skip that one and lastly you might have "A Mask for All Occasions" left to do. This one isn't part of the meta achievement so you don't need to do it but, if you really want it, I suggest waiting until the last day of the holiday when you've done all your trick or treating and quests and then use your left Tricky Treats to buy the masks you need. Make sure you buy whatever you want from the vendor before this though since I myself would rather have the Feline Familiar than complete this achievement.
  • So, that's pretty much it and you should now have a few pets, some fun items, and a shiny new title, "The Hallowed" from completely all the achievements and doing the quests. I have videos of the new pets and how to do the quest line for the Creepy Crate Pet on my YouTube channel so check those out. Grats to all and enjoy Halloween in and out of the game.
  • That's it for my "How to Win at Hallow's End" video holiday achievement guide and I hope you liked it.
  • Thanks for watching/reading and see you next time!

  • Now go leave a comment telling me about your success on my YouTube Channel or below in the comment section.

    Pilgrim's Bounty

Hey everyone. I just want to quickly say thank you for all your support and helping me reach 400 videos on my YouTube channel. I do all of this for you guys and girls and hope to do another 400 successful videos and beyond. Mad <3's.

This year's Pilgrim's Bounty is November 25th - December 2nd. This is a pretty easy Holiday Achievement and worth doing whether you're wanting to snag a Plump Turkey, the Pilgrim title, or if you're just bored looking for something fun to do.

To get started, look at which achievements you haven't done and try to focus on them first. I'll use a character that has zero achievements and guide you through the whole holiday quest line and achievements.

First up, talk to a commoner in any major city and then head to Undercity if you're Horde or just outside of Stormwind if you're Alliance.

Once in Undercity, turn in the quest from the commoner and grab all the quests in the ruins. Start by sitting at any of the tables and eating the food for that chair five times. Then, pass the food and move on to the next chair, eat five times again, and then pass the food. Keep doing that until you've eating at every chair. You should get the quest completed called, "Sharing a Bountiful Feast" and the achievement "Sharing is Caring".

Next, you'll want to see the Pilgrim's Bounty Vendor and buy the cookbook. Click the cookbook and inside it'll have five recipes which you'll need to complete quests and achievements. Learn them all. Then, start by buying 220 Autumnal Herbs, 350 Honey, 90 Simple Flour, 90 Mild Spices, and 85 Ripe Tirisfal Pumpkin.

After you get all your supplies from Undercity, make 90 Spice Bread to get started. What's awesome about this holiday is you'll be able to level up Cooking very easily and cheap. After you reach skill level 50 in Cooking, see the trainer and learn Journeyman Cooking and continue on making Spice Bread. Once you get all 90 made, make 90 Spice Bread Stuffing. Don't forget to save making five for later since you need to actually make them when you have the quest. This should get you to over 100 in Cooking skill so now you can learn the Pumpkin Pie recipe. Next, make 85 Pumpkin Pies. When reaching Cooking skill 125, talk to the trainer again and learn Expert Cooking. Then, continue on making Pumpkin Pies until you've 80, then stop for a second, turn in Spice Bread Stuffing and grab the Pumpkin Pie quest. Finally, make the last five Pumpkin Pies which should get you around Cooking skill level 170 or so. You'll then want to learn the Cranberry Chutney recipe.

At this point you won't have any mats to continue leveling so instead, we'll just head outside into Tirisfal Glades to get the "Turkinator" achievement completed while collecting Turkeys for another quest. Just run through the land killing Turkeys and looting as you go. You have 30 seconds between Turkeys to loot them and find another Turkey so you can continue stacking the buff. This is extremely easy especially during non-peak times. Once you reach 40 stacks you'll get your Turkinator achievement. Keep killing Turkey's though until you loot 45 Turkeys. Oh and you can make a macro like /tar or /target Wild Turkey if you think it'll help you.

Next, hearth to Orgrimmar and head outside to Durotar where the Bountiful Feast tables are located. Once there, turn in the quest Pumpkin Pie and grab the quests Cranberry Chutney, Can't Get Enough Turkey, and Don't Forget The Stuffing! Since we already made the stuffing, turn that one in and choose any item except for the boots. We're going to need a Pilgrim's Hat and either a Pilgrim's Attire, Pilgrim's Dress, or Pilgrim's Robe. I'll pick the Pilgrim's Hat.

After that, buy 90 Tangy Southfury Cranberries and make 90 Cranberry Chutneys. When you hit over Cooking skill level 200, see the trainer and learn Artisan Cooking. Then, continue on making Cranberry Chutney until you've made 90. This should get to around Cooking skill level 234 so, learn the Candied Sweet Potato recipe. One of the mats for this is sold only at the Pilgrim Bounty feast are in Thunderbluff so fly over to there or get a port.

Remember to sit at a Bountiful Table and get the Spirit of Sharing buff for the Pilgrim's Paunch achievement before going to Thunderbluff. Once in Thunderbluff, just fly over to the elevators and you'll see all the Bountiful Feast tables. Talk to Dokin and turn in Cranberry Chutney. He'll give you another quest called Candied Sweet Potatoes so grab that and head over to Mahara who will give you the quest Easy As Pie. We already made the pie so just turn it in and pick a reward. I'll go with the Pilgrim's Robe.

Next, we'll open up our Cooking panel and make 85 Candied Sweet Potatoes. When you get to Cooking skill level 275 or more, talk to Mahara again and train Master Cooking. Then, keep making Candied Sweet Potatoes which will grey out at 295. You can then learn the last Pilgrim's Bounty Holiday recipe, Slow-Roasted Turkey.

This is good time to mention the "FOOD FIGHT!" achievement. Whenever you're at any of the Bountiful Feast tables no matter the zone and you see another player at the table. Target them and start passing food their way. After a few passes you'll start throwing it and get the "FOOD FIGHT!" achievement.

Finally, when sitting at a Bountiful Table, get the Spirit of Sharing buff for the Pilgrim's Paunch achievement and hearth or port back to Orgrimmar. Fly out to Durotar and turn in Candied Sweet Potatoes. Then, grab the quest Undersupplied in the Undercity. Next cook up 40 Slow-Roasted Turkeys even though you have 45. You need to save 5 for doing a quest later on. As of right now, you can really make as many as you like since this item is bugged and even though it's suppose to grey out and not give skill points at 330, it's giving skill points beyond that and a crazy two at a time. Enjoy it until they hotfix it. At Cooking skill 350 or more, learn Grand Master Cooking and all the recipes available. Then, turn in Can't Get Enough Turkey and choose a Turkey Shooter. You'll need these for a later achievement.

Ok, so next tele or take a zep to Undercity. Once there, turn in We're Out of Cranberry Chutney Again?, pick a Turkey Shooter and then turn in Undersupplied in the Undercity and grab Slow-roasted Turkey. Then turn in She Says Potato and pick a Turkey Shooter for the reward. Nice you'll also get the Pilgrim's Progress achievement for doing all the holiday quests.

Next, head to the orb and tele to Silvermoon. Head out the front door and find the Bountiful Feasts tables and get the Spirit of Sharing buff for the Pilgrim's Paunch achievement.

Now hearth or port back to Org once again then fly out to Durotar. In Durotar, make five Slow-Roasted Turkeys. This'll give you the "Now We're Cookin'" achievement for cooking all the different types of food.

Wow, I'm loving how Slow-Roasted Turkey is bugged in a good way and it looks like we got two points for each Turkey we made for quite awhile but, at Cooking skill level 405 it starts to give only one point for each one and at 430 it maxes out. Are you seeing this? Not bad huh. Some nice pretty much free levels for cooking. Hell we went from 1-430 just by making the Pilgrim Bounty stuff. Pretty awesome and now to turn in Slow-Roasted Turkey.

Alright so now that all that is done you should have 60 of all foods except for the turkey, three Turkey Shooters, a Pilgrim's Hat, and a Pilgrim's Robe, Dress, or Attire. To get the other Turkey Shooters that you need for Turkey Lurkey, just do the dailys and use the left over food.

Probably the hardest achievement to complete for the Pilgrim's Bounty holiday is the Turkey Lurkey. You'll have to shoot 8 different race rogues which can be hard to find. You'll need a Turkey Shooter for each rogue you shoot and you should have three after completing all the quests on your first day. After that you'll need to do the dailys to get more. Start by shooting all the rogues in your major capital city and then either try battlegrounds or enemy cities for the others. Having a friend make a level one for you to shoot can make this achievement easier.

Another achievement for this holiday is "Terokkar Turkey Time". You'll have to go to the Outlands for this so get a port to Shattrath or go to the portal trainer in a major city, use the Blasted Lands portal, go through Dark Portal, and use the flightmaster to fly to Terrokar. After you land, go to Sethekk Halls. If you want a chance at the Raven Lord mount, set it to heroic. Also, if you can, ask a friend who is a rogue or druid to come along with you. Since we're overpowered 85s now, it's a joke to stealth to Anzu and kill him. After he's dead, make sure you and your friend have your Pilgrim's Hat and Pilgrim's Attire, Dress, or Robe on. Then, pull the Talon King Ikiss and own him. Once he dies, you and your friend should get the achievement even if you are sitting at the front of the instance afk grabbing some cookies. Mmmm cookies.

Let's see... next we'll do Pilgrim's Peril. It's pretty easy. Just hearth back to Org and fly to Felwood. Fly from Felwood across the ocean to Darnassus. Don't worry, you won't die from fatigue. When you reach Darnassus you can take the portal into the middle of the city but it's just as easy to fly up into Teldrassil. The Bountiful Feast Tables are located at the east-side of Darnassus. After you find them, make sure you have a Pilgrim's Dress, Robe, or Attire on and sit down in any chair to get credit. You don't have to eat anything which is good since you've probably eaten too much as it is. Next, fly back to the dock and take the boat over to The Exodar. Since Exodar is part of the Burning Crusade expansion the ocean has an invisible wall preventing you from just flying there. I'm a noob and forgot about this so I enjoyed a fatigue death. Just take the boat.

Once in Azuremyst Isle, head to the east-side of the Exodar, sit at a table, get credit for the achievement, and hearth back to Org. In Org, take the zep to Grom'gol and fly north through Stranglethorn, Duskwood, and then Elwynn Forest until you get to the front entrance of Stormwind. Then, just fly down to a Bountiful Feast table on the outskirts, sit down at a chair, and fly out of there before you get rocked. Picking an offpeak time will help insure you don't get killed.

Finally, we'll do Ironforge. Either take the tram or fly north to the front of Ironforge. Pick the table on the south edge, take a seat, and complete the Pilgrim's Peril achievement. Oh and the guards here are pretty close so expect to aggro them like I do here. Just run like hell and hearth away afterwards.

After a few days you should get the Turkey Lurkey achievement completed which will give you the "Pilgrim" achievement that awards a nice new "Pilgrim" title and a Plump Turkey Pet.

Well, that's pretty much it so grats to all of you on your new achievements, title, and pet.

How to: Winter Veil - Christmas Holiday Achievements (Merry Maker Title) Guide!

What's up guy and girl players of WoW. Tarou here bringing you a vid on how to do the Winter Veil - MerrymakerAchievements. This year's Winter Veil Christmas holiday event has began and will end January 2nd giving you plenty of time to get some holiday achievements done, some pets collected, a new title, Merrymaker, and "What A Long, Strange Trip It's Been" meta achievement worked on. Great for anyone who's an achievement junky, a new player to the game, or someone who's bored looking for something fun and interesting to do.

To get started, look at which achievements you haven't done and try to focus on them first although some may be impossible until you open presents on Christmas. First up, grab all the quests for Winter Veil like you see me doing here. You'll then want to talk to the vendor and purchase all the Cooking recipes as well as the patterns if you need them for your character. To do the "Treats for Great-father Winter" quest it's pretty easy. Just make 5 Gingerbread Cookies. You'll need to buy 5 Holiday Spices from the vendor and 5 Small Eggs from the Auction House which is a bit expensive or farm them. Make sure you get some snowballs too. You'll need them later. You also need some Ice Cold Milk which can be bought from the Innkeeper. Now that we got all the mats, we'll make the 5 Gingerbread Cookies and turn the quest in to Great-father Winter under the Christmas Tree. You'll get a present for completing it which contains some lame low level mats. Next, head over to Furmund and get his "The Reason for the Season" quest. It wants you to go to the Valley of Wisdom and speak to Sagorne Creststrider. Simple enough and he'll give you "The Feast of Winter Veil" quest which wants you to read a book and give it to Baine Bloodhoof in Thunder Bluff. Make sure you have a snowball on you. Once you get to Thunder Bluff, turn in the quest and don't forget to throw a snowball at Baine Bloodhoof for the "Scrooge" achievement. Let's see.. the "He Knows If You've Been Naughty" can only be done on Christmas so you'll have to wait to do that one but, we can do "On Metzen!" which is super easy. Oh but before I forget, during Winter Veil for multiple achievements you'll need different items which are from interacting with the Winter Revelers in the Inns around Azeroth. I must be a moron because, I forgot what emote I needed to use on them. /wave, nope, love, nope, hug, fail, that's right /kiss because afterall it's Christmas and they have a mistletoe above them. Sometimes I think I run out of RAM. Yeah, that was a geek joke. So, they gave me 5 Mistletoe which we can use to get the "Bros, Before Ho Ho Ho's" achievement. The first brother I'll find is in Undercity and I have to go there anyways to get over to the Hillsbrad Foothills for a quest and a few achievements. Take the zep over to Tirisfal Glades, enter Undercity and then find Brother Malach in the War Quarter. Alright, got one of the three brothers done so now I gotta go to the Hillsbrad Foothills for the "On Metzen" achieve, "Simply Abominable" achieve, and "You're a Mean One" quest. They're all pretty much the same thing. For the quest and achievements you don't need to even touch the boss if you don't want to. Although, it'd be lame of you if you didn't help out. When I rolled up on the bosses location someone had already killed him and all I had to do was talk to Metzen to free him and go to the cave's door for the Stolen Treats. If you're on a PvP server just make sure you watch out for the opposing faction or you might end up dead like this Paladin. I guess he thought the Druid flying had his back. Anyways, here is what the boss looks like incase you're wondering. "You're a Mean One" is a daily quest that you complete everyday to get toys, an epic dagger that looks like a Christmas tree, pets, and more. Pretty much like any other holiday boss. Completing it the first time gives you "On Metzen!" the achievement and the followup quest, "A Smokywood Pastures' Thank You!" will give you the achievement, "Simply Abominable". Let's see next we'll do "The Winter Veil Gourmet" achieve since it's very easy. We got the recipes earlier and even made Gingerbread Cookies already. Next, we'll make Egg Nog which is pretty simple but needs a Small Egg just like the cookies. All the other ingredients can be bought from the Winter Veil vendors. The milk you should have left over from the cookie turnin. Finally, finish up with the Hot Apple Cider to get your gourment achievement. Nice and let's continue on with these easy achievements. We need to get the last two brothers for "Bros. Before Ho Ho Ho's" achievement so we'll catch the zep to Warsong Hold. Durkot Wolfbrother is in the stables of the hold which for some reason I'm noobin out and having a problem finding. There we go. Once you get him, fly over to Icecrown and then up to the airship to find the final brother, Brother Keltan who wanders the ship. Tag him with a Mistletoe and get your achievement. Alright next up we can do "With a Little Helper from My Friends" achievement. Just kill 50 people while being transformed into a Little Helper. Tol Borad is great for this so we'll chill in the queue for that since it's about to start. While we wait, let's look at the other achievements and see what is doable next. Fa-la-la-la-Ogri'la is pretty easy but you'll have to do some pre-req quests to be able to do it. Oh and by the way, make sure you drink all the holiday drinks for the "It's Happy Hour Somewhere" achievement. Alright, the queue is about to pop for Tol Barad so we'll head there. Make sure you turn into a Little Helper Gnome before zoning in. After you get into Tol Barad you'll want to stay alive so you don't lose the Little Helper transformation while you try to get 50 kills on the enemy. Lame, would you look at that. This Tol Barad is a waste since it's early in the morning and I only have like 5 people in the raid. Here we'll do it later at night on my Druid instead. Much better Tol Barad numbers wise although it still is a little weak. To get the most out of the Little Helper trans, pick your geared defensive type spec like tanking or healing. That way you can survive easier. Also, hide a lot and try not to be in the middle of anywhere out alone. This was a quick Tol Barad so, I only ended up with 26 kills but no big deal, I just went to another and did a quick queue for a random bg. Pretty quickly I have 49 kills and then tick over to my 50th which gives me the achievement, "With a Little Helper from My Frineds". Next, is "'Tis the Season" which you'll have to run some dungeons for or get extremely lucky with a world drop. Pretty much lots of heroic Wrath or Cata dungeons will have a boss that can drop it. Here's a list of known ones. If you're looking to solo it, The Nexus boss, Grand Magus Telestra is pretty easy as you can see here. You can kill her without trying very hard at all. Bam and there's our Red Winter Hat. Now we just have to get the other set pieces from the Auction House which cost 50g each on my server. Good oppurtunity for lowbies to make some extra gold. Now I just put on all three pieces of the winter clothing and eat the Graccu's Mince Meat Fruitcake that we got in the mail inside a Smokywood Pastures present from doing the quests for the Winter Veil holiday and there we go, got the "'Tis the Season" achievement. After that, you can just relist them back on the Auction House and try to get your gold back. Actually, got 194g back and since we only paid 100g, we made out with 94g. Pretty nice right. Should've lost money but, we made it instead. Hmm another one that you can nice and easily is "A Frosty Shake". Just dig around your bank to see if you have a Winter Veil Diguise Kit from last year. You know the one that turns you into a snowman. You can also wait for it in the mail while you do your other achievements and daily holiday boss quest. Once you get it, head to Dalaran and find someone who is a snowman or just go in the middle of the pathway where some players are and turn yourself into the snowman. That way, if they have it, they'll be kind enough to know you're on the achievement and likely help you out like this nice Alliance, Gelle did for me. Once you see the other snowman, dance with them to get your "A Frosty Shake" achievement like you see me doing here. Ok next I would do "Let it Snow" but, I keep getting Mistletoe which means we'll do "Fa-la-la-la- Ogri'la" instead. If you're like me, you probably haven't done any quests for the Skyguard peeps. Just head to Blades Edge and over to Ogri'la. Then, pick up, "The Crystals" quest and forget the other. Unless you want to do it that is. Oh and make sure you have low level quests checked on your mini-map so you can see them easier. Next, kill any mobs around the area to gather up your five Apexis Shards. Shouldn't take long at all. After you get your five, head back to Chu 'a' lor and turn it in. Don't pick up the next quest unless you want to and instead grab the quest from the other ogre, Torkus called, "Our Boy Wants To Be A Skyguard Ranger" This one you'll have to gather up ten Apexis Shards. Once you get the ten, engage the item at Forge Camp: Wrath like I do here and it'll give you an Unstable Flask of the Beast to complete your quest. Turn that in and talk to the first NPC, Chu 'a' lor again and grab "The Skyguard Outpost". This one wants you to fly north and talk with Sky Commander Keller who will complete the quest and unlock the "Bombing Run" quest that Sky Sergeant will give you. This is just like the Bomb Them Again! quest that you'll need so finish it by dropping bombs on the targets and try not to get hit by the cannons. Next, turn it in and grab "Bomb Them Again!" . Since it's just like the one you just did, you should have no troubles completing it fast. Oh and don't worry about using your fresh holly or whatever to turn into a festive mount while you're bombing. Just bomb everything until you complete the quest and head back to the Sky Sergeant. Just before turning it in, turn your mount into a reindeer and get your Fa-la-la-la-Ogri'la achievement. Two other good achievements are the "BB King" and "A-Caroling We Will Go" but it's a good idea to do these with a "For the Horde" raid group since it's a bit frustrating for some if you try it solo. Of course it's perfectly doable but, will be like corpse hopping. Very easy if you're a stealth class although expect to have your gun miss and possibly die. The last achievement we have to do for our title and meta completion is "Let It Snow". It's pretty RNG though and took awhile to get enough snowflakes. We're down to the last two race/class combinations that we need which are a Human Warrior and Draenai Priest. Shouldn't be too hard to find them I guess. For opposing faction player ones, a good place to start is Dalaran. You can also try it while in bgs, Tol Barad, or when you get your BB King, For the Horde, and A-Caroling We Will Go achievements done. Hmm, I'm chilling in Dalaran and am not having much luck. It use to be Dwarf Priest that was the hard one for this sort of stuff but my god I've seen like 10 of those already. We are these Human Warriors and Draenai Priests hiding. Check banks, the arena queue area, and the Auction House. Those are the typical stops you'll find players. I also check the flight master incase someone is flying out or in. Oh wait, was that a Draenai Priest. Yes, it was and time to follow them. Or not as I hit the phasing and lose them. Oh well. Back to Dalaran. It may take some time to do this one but like you see here we eventually find a Human Warrior and now all we need is a Draenai Priest. After about 10 more minutes I give up and ask if someone will make one for me. They agree and I fly, sail, and ride to them. Finally, I cast the snowflakes on them and get "Let It Snow" along with "Merrymaker" achievements completed. Very nice and grats to everyone who followed along. You can pretty much stop right here with your title completed but if you're like me you'll want to complete them all. I actually didn't think we could do the "BB King" one since I could have swarn I deleted my red rifle but I found it in my backpack so we're good to go on that one. I like to start with Darnassus. Just fly to Auberdine and then across the water west. Once up inside, stealth or run like hell towards the boss. Put your gun on a hotkey or make a macro like this one on the screen. Once you get to the boss shoot your gun or die like me. Don't worry if you die, just take the crazy long run back and do it again. This time I get Whisperwind with the bb gun, get rocked, and spirit rez. No use running all the way back am I right. Next, fly to the docks and take the boat to the Exodar. Then, go in the back way stealth or again run and corpse hop. We can stealth here pretty easily so we make it right to the boss. Oh wow I missed. If you miss, expect to die since they'll be too close for a second shot. No biggy I just run back, try again, and... succeed, nice. Of course we die again and I just take a spirit rez again. Atleast we took care of Prophet Velen. For the last two bosses, I'll take the Grom'gol zep and fly north to Stormwind. In Stormwind I go all ninja and stealth at the entrance to where the King is. I get lucky with the guards and they don't see me until I get to the ones near the King. Insta-dealth but atleast I shot him. Finally we have Bronzebeard. This is kinda fun to do solo but might really frustrate you if you don't have stealth or a fun mindset. We could fly in here but, I like it all covert special ops like. Alright, we've made it to the entrance of where Bronzebeard is. I doubt I'll make it through this doorway without getting spotted and.. I don't but no worries I'm in range and firing my bb gun. Clean shot that hits and the "BB King" achievement is.. well.. achieved. So now what else can we do. I thought I couldn't do the Crashin'& Thrashin' unless it was Christmas since everyone usually has theirs' out but decided to try anyway. I searched through my alts to find one that had it and double-boxed him. I just parked it and resummoned it after I crashed into with my main's racer. Was very easy and only took a few minutes to get the Crashin'& Thrashin' achievement. Try finding a friend to do this with. Ok, I think we're all done since we can't do A-Caroling We Go until Christmas. After you get all the different achievements but, A-Caroling, BB King, and Crashin'& Thrashin' completed, you'll get your title of Merrymaker and be on your way for the meta holiday achievement, "What a Long, Strange Trip it's Been. Remember some things you may have to wait until after Christmas to complete unless you got the item last year. You may have also gotten some new pets and toys along with your Merrymaker title so grats on everything. Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas to all. Well, that's pretty much it so grats to all of you on your new achievements, Merrymaker title, and pets. Lunar Festival 2013

What's up guy and girl players of WoW. Tarou here bringing you a vid on how to do the Lunar Festival Achievements & get the "Elder" title. The 2013 Lunar Festival holiday event is from January 27th until February 9th giving you plenty of time to get all the achievements done along with their rewards. This holiday is one of the easiest although it can be time consuming.

I always like to get started with any of my adventures by seeing what I need to get done and what I can do right now quickly. If you're starting from scratch like myself, grab the holiday quest from a commoner in your major city and head to the Lunar Festival area near the flight master and zep towers. If you don't have a flying mount, there are a few elevators you can take. Once up top, grab the quests and turn in the commoner one. You'll also find your first elder which'll score you a coin of ancestry and achievement along with some decent exp for clicking a button. Actually more than decent; it's pretty awesome. At 75 I almost gained a level after doing all the elders. I'll talk more about it later but for now let's get some achievements out of the way. For the quest and achievement we'll need a stack of Red Rocket Clusters, a stack of any color small rockets, and a stack of Festival Firecrackers. Sure, you can do it with less but come on, they're 90 copper and having some extra will ensure you get the achievements. You'll also need 20 to 40 or who knows how many extra for summoning a boss named Omen you need to kill later on. Ok, so first we'll do part of the quest, "Lunar Fireworks" which is just shoot 8 Lunar Fireworks. Then, we'll do "The Rocket's Red Glare" which wants us to shoot off 10 Red Rocket Clusters in 25 seconds or less which will also give us the second part of the Lunar Fireworks quest. I actually lagged for a second and had to do the achievement over again. How embarrassing. No biggy, I pick up my pride and shoot 10 more fireworks off and get it on round 2. Next, I do "Frenzied Firecracker" which wants us to shoot off 10 Festival Firecrackers in 30 seconds. Oh and I forgot to mention this before but I always put these types of timed items on a hotkey to make it easier. Just drag the item to a hotkey you don't use. Alright, grats everyone for getting that one done. Pretty easy right. For the next part, use the Lunar Festival Invitation you should have just got for turning in the quest and it'll teleport you to Moonglade. Once there, head into the main town and on the farthest dock is the quest turn in and two vendors. Turn in the quest and get the next one, "Elune's Blessing". Before talking about that, checking the vendors you'll see one is for recipes which can be bought for 5 ancestory coins if you want to be able to make some stuff. The other vendor sells some random stuff along with the Festival Lantern companion and the dress or suit you need for one of the achievements. The currency for these items is all in ancestory coins which you get by visiting all the elders. Ok so back to the "Elune's Blessing" quest. Check your map and head to the southeast part of the lake. You'll need to summon a mob named, Omen by shooting tons of cluster fireworks. Or.. you can get lucky like I did and fly up while he's dead already. To get the buff just go into the light. Omen looks pretty cool and beastly but at 90 is a joke to kill. Even if you do it legitly it can be solo'd or two-manned very easily. Even if you die, just run back as his health does NOT reset. You can also evade him back like I do here on this bridge. Hunters and locks have it pretty easy by having a pet tank but you may need bandages for either or drain life if you're a lock. Just remember to mend and health funnel your pet and you should be good. All other classes can make it easier with tank spec or kiting. After you kill Omen and get the buff, fly back to the quest giver and turn in the quest. This'll get you the achievement "Elune's Blessing". Alright, next it's time for the long and time consuming part. I'll be using a timer just to give a general idea of how long this part takes. Since we're in Kalmidor already, we'll start our elder locating here. Fly over to Winterspring and hit up Everlook for the first elder, then southwest over to the lake for the next elder. It seems that I somehow have credit for 7 coins I never remember getting which is why I got my 10 coins of ancestry achievement even though I should only have 3. Everytime I get the achievement for coins, just see 7 more elders to get yours. Lunar Festival Kalimdor Map Next, fly up and over to Mount Hyjal and grab the elder in Nordrassil next to the portal for Stormwind. Then, fly over to the Sanctuary of Malorne for another elder. These count towards the Elders of Cataclysm achievement and there's only a total of 9 making it nice and easy for any players who have already done the old school ones. However, if you want the Festival Lantern for Horde or Lunar Lantern for Alliance, you'll need to gather up 50 coins of ancestry by finding the elders. One thing that's cool this year though is if you don't want to spend the time getting 50 coins, you can buy the companions off the Auction House or direct from other players since they're both BoE. Expect to spend quite a bit early on and less and less as the festival gets close to finishing. After that, prices will depend on those who hold out and the number of those people. In other words, buy them mid to late festival for the best pricing unless you see a good deal before. Oh and to anyone who sells these, you may want to try selling on the neutral Auction House for a potentially higher sale price from the opposing faction. All of the elders found within the continents are very easy to get if you have a flying mount. If you don't have a flying mount expect to spend a consider amount of time getting to the npcs and running back to your dead body because your chance of dying is dramatically increased. You should have noticed by now that I have added a map located of where every elder is for the continent I'm in or the dungeon I've entered. I hope this makes it easy for anyone to find the elders. Check the end of this post for way-points. Back the my gameplay, I've now entered Maraudon and grabbed up the princess quest that popped up. This is a great oppurtunity to get those dungeon quests done again and get credit for some achievements besides the Lunar Festival ones. Instances are kinda confusing so I've left almost all of the video from start to finish hoping you can follow it easier than the map. Once I get the elder in Maraudon, I hearth back to Org for speed and repositioning. Then, I head to the flight master so I can fly down to Vendetta Point, Southern Barrens. I could just fly there on my mount which may be quicker but I like the flight time for taking a break. We'll continue on getting more and more elders completed. Soon you'll come to Elder Ezra Wheathoof. This is a very special elder with a very special story. In 2007 a young WoW player named Ezra was diagnosed with brain cancer. Through the Make-A-Wish Foundation he was able to fulfill his dream of visiting the Blizzard headquarters and creating a character for World of Warcraft, Ahab Wheathoof. This particular npc unlike others cannot be killed or attacked by either faction. Not only that but also created the quest, "Kyle's Gone Missing!" and two versions of a lost puppy, Kyle the Frenzied and Kyle the Friendly. Kyle was his actual dog in real life. It didn't stop there though, he was also the world's first player to receive an Ashes of Al'ar phoenix mount and created the Merciless Gladiator's Crossbow of the Phoenix. So what's the deal with the phoenix theme. Well, his ingame name was Ephoenix. The E of course was for Ezra and Phoenix is actually his middle name along with his symbol which is why everything is phoenix themed and why the npc version of him has a phoenix pet. Sadly though, after Ezra suffered a stroke in August of 2008, he passed away. To pay tribute to Ezra, Blizzard added this special Elder, Ezra Wheathoof to the game in 2009 for the Lunar Festival. With that being said, please take a moment of silence and pray if you like... Ok, I doubt Ezra would want us to be all down and such so, let's up the beat and finish up Kalimdor. Kalimdor has a lot of elders. On the bright side though, you get good exp, decent rep with your guild and anywhere from 6300 up to 6930 total Horde or Alliance rep, achievements, a currency to buy stuff and if you're multi-tasking, achievements outside of the holiday like Surveying the Damage and World Explorer. You're also working towards the meta achievement, What A Long, Strange Trip It's Been which is pretty cool. Honestly, this holiday is one of the easiest to complete and offers tons of chances to get other stuff done too. Don't forget dungeon quests and achievements too. Alright, we've just got our last Kalimdor Elder and that's given us the "Elders of Kalimdor" achievement. Grats all and now on to Eastern Kingdoms. Or not.. because I noobed out and forgot an Elder in Uldum. Ok, there we go, got it. Now fly or hearth back to Org and take the zep over to Undercity. When you get into Tirisfal Glades, head to Brill and grab the first elder. I'm sure some of you Alliance are wondering why you'd start in Brill and don't worry, you don't need to. Just look at the map on the screen and start with the closest point to wherever you are. For instance if you were in Stormwind, you'd grab the one just outside the gates and then get the one near Goldshire followed by the next point on the map and so on. Be sure to do that with Kalimdor too. Nice we just got the Elders of the Horde achievement. Things are coming along very smoothly and really these achievements are super easy. But, they're time consuming. Lunar Festival Eastern Kingdoms Map Ironforge's elder can be a bit intimidating for some but honestly you can get in and out of there fairly easy on a flying mount. You're more likely to get owned outside of Stormwind so use a bit of caution if you're by yourself. Grats everyone. You should have just gotten your Elders of Alliance achievement. With that achievement knocked out, we continue on with the rest. Although, we noob out here once again and forget Goldshire. This is why it's not a good idea to try and do this all in one shot. Let's just pretend I stopped and got it. The same thing is likely to happen to a few of you. Don't worry, it's not that big of a deal and only takes a few minutes to go back and get it. We continue on and eventually get to LBRS to do part of our dungeon elder achievement. This elder is a bit inside but, not too far. After you get him, run back out and head over to BRD. In BRD just head straight and into the arena. You'll want to quickly get the elder and run out before the gate closes. You don't want to be stuck in there since it does take a bit of time to finish the event. Unless of course you want to do it. Then, forget I said anything. Most of the next elders are easy to find probably until you get to the Sunken Temple one. It's not as bad as you think though. Just run in and the elder is left and left again in a small room. Easy enough right. Now on to the rest of the Eastern Kingdoms elders. As you can see throughout the video, I run out of space a lot. It's a good idea to have an empty inventory and open your Lucky Red Envelopes frequently to free up space. Inside the envelopes are either a Elder's Moonstone which is a consumable that makes the light just like the one you see every elder standing in or a Lucky Rocket Cluster which gives an unbelievably awesome +250hp. Yes, hp and not stamina. Super lame I know and you'd think by now they'd update it higher or atleast make it scale with your level. These envelopes use to come in the mail but now are given at each elder which is why I suggest to have some free space. Looks like I've missed 3 elders. No big deal I'll go back and grab sentinel first. Then, get Goldshire as a hunter tries to own me and finally get Kharanos. Just follow the path I have on the map and you'll be good. I'm not perfect so occasionally I make mistakes like these. Nice, we got all of Eastern Kingdoms completed and our achievement. Now on to Dalaran where we'll start our Elders of Northrend achievement and finish up our Elders of the Dungeons achievement. Northrend seems to go quicker than either of the continents but has a lot of dungeons to go in which makes it seem longer at the same time. There's quite a few dungeons. The dungeons aren't bad and you can do them in normal or heroic. It's up to you. I chose normal for all the dungeons aside from Utgarde Pinnacle since I wanted a chance at the epic mount, Reins of the Blue Proto-Drake from Skadi. It only drops in heroic. Once again though I was unlucky and it didn't drop. Oh well. Let's continue on with the achievements. We're flying through these pretty quick and having no trouble in any of the dungeons even though we left a few on heroic on accident. Stealth is a big help to save on time but almost any 85 should be able to solo any of the dungeons. We're in our last one, the Nexus. This one is kinda far inside. We have to go all the way to the giant. Found him and bam there's our Elders of Dungeon achievement. Lunar Festival Northrend Map With the dungeons out of the way, we only have one elder left in Northrend, Elder Bluewolf in Wintergrasp. This one can be frustrating if you faction never holds Wintergrasp. Some races who have small hit boxes will be able to glitch through this little area but remember it can be considered exploiting the game which can get you banned if you're caught. Instead of taking that risk, I decide to just wait for Wintergrasp to pop. In the meantime, I'll get the Elders of Cataclysm knocked out. We only have a few left and first up are the two in Deepholm. One is right inside the temple while the other is just to the south west. After you get them both, head back to the temple and take the portal back to Org. Now, take the portal to Vashj'r for the last elder. If you don't have a sea mount, just swim up and fly above the water like I do until you reach the elder. Then fly down and swim to the elder. I'm not sure if you'll make it back up in the one breath without some sort of buff or form. Cool, got the Elder of Moonlance which was the last one giving us the Elders of Cataclysm achievement. I still am waiting on Wintergrasp to start so I'm going to Moonglade to get another achievement in the meantime. To get the Lunar Festival Finery achievement, just pick out a Festive pant suit or dress from the vendor and buy it. That's it and you got your achievement. Easy easy. The other item you can buy now is the Festival Lantern if you're Horde or the Lunar Lantern if you're Alliance. If for some reason you want to keep your Coins of Ancestry or for some reason don't have enough coins, you can always check the Auction House although the price may be semi-steep. If you have nothing else to spend coins on, I'd save them for next year or use them for some of the recipes. We'll go ahead and get our Festival Lantern for 50 coins. He's what it looks like. Pretty cool companion. Since we're already this way, we'll also check Everlook for any listed on the neutral Auction House. I only see the Horde version up for around 15,000 gold. Oh snap. It's time for Wintergrasp. After you enter, you might as well grab the quests to get some extra honor and gold. After a mere 7 minutes or so we broke down both walls and claimed our victory. Pretty easy although you'll have to wait for Wintergrasp to pop if you're faction doesn't have it. Finally, we complete the last elder, Bluewolf and get our Elders of Northrend and To Honor One's Elders achievements completed. With those done, we've completed the Lunar Festival Holiday achievements and even got a few extras. It should take everyone 4 to 6 hours to finish. Completing the achievements awarded us with the title, Elder. Grats all and I hope you all get your lanterns and achievements. WoD: How to Spend Extra Garrison Resources & Make Gold Doing it! Guide for Patch 6.0.3

What's up guy and girl players of WoW. Tarou here bringing you a new video for the Warlords of Draenor expansion. This video will show you some great options for spending your leftover Garrison Resources and making gold while doing it.

After you max out your Garrison and its building's levels to level three, there isn't much to spend Garrison Resources on aside from follower missions. Resource reward missions can also get pretty large like this one at 875 for just one mission since I have two followers that have a scavenger trait. Some of you might already have maxed out at the 10,000 resources and have no idea what to spend them on. Well, I have some solutions but the first does require that you get a Trading Post building. In a future patch that might change but for now you have to have it and can't use a party member's garrison to interact with the special NPC.

Your trading post will come with an NPC labeled as a 'Trader' who can trade out your Garrison Resources for profession materials among other things. You'll want to compare your server's pricing on the items to see which will net you the most gold per Garrison Resource. For most servers, that is going to be Draenic Dust. A stack of five only costs twenty-five resources and each Draenic Dust sells for about five to six gold. That is roughly one gold per resource so if you have the cap, that would be 10,000 gold on my server. Not bad but I wouldn't go spending all your Garrison Resources at once. Future patches will likely make changes and additions that will require Garrison Resources so I wouldn't spend all of yours and instead just do a few thousand to keep you below the cap.

Oh and if you're curious about the Smuggled Sack of Gold that costs 50 resources, don't waste your time as it only contains an around 15 gold average. I bought some to test it out and it just isn't worth it since it equates to about 32 silver per resource versus 1 gold or more from Draenic Dust trading.

The Trading Post also produces Garrison Resources at a rate of 30 per work order. Each work order changes everyday from all sorts of profession mats but almost always works in your favor. For example if the stack of five mats are one gold each, as is common on my server, it'll cost you 5 gold to make roughly 30 gold which is a return of 600%. When the mat for the work order is Draenic Dust, I just wait a day for it to change. When it's a cheap mat, I loaded it up to max work orders to allow for skipping a day or so.

Another thing I spend resources on are the War Mill work orders which give gear and upgrades. This helps gear up my followers quicker and that makes quests higher levels and that leads to better rewards.

If those things don't suit your needs, you can use Garrison Resources to purchase Garrison items that can help you get gold on an invasion or if you have yet to hit 100, 100 resources can buy you a potion that gives an increase to experience gained by 20% for one hour. I'm hoping they make this BoA in a future patch.

The final use I have for Garrison Resources is to buy the 3 weekly Seals of Tempered Fate. The first one costs 300 resources while the second is 600 and the third is 1,200. These are useful for bonus rolls on raid bosses.

Well, I hope you liked this video and it gave you some ideas of what to do with your excess Honor Points. To see more videos like this and many other types, please subscribe to my YouTube channel and visit my website at tarouwowguides.com

WoD: How to Disenchant Items Without Enchanting or Your Own Enchanter's Garrison Building! Patch 6.0.3

What's up guy and girl players of WoW. Tarou here bringing you a new video for the Warlords of Draenor expansion. In this video, I'm going to show you how to disenchant soulbound items without having enchanting.

So, some of you may or may not know that you can now disenchant soulbound or BoE items even without actually having the Enchanting profession. I'm in my second account Warlock's garrison and he has an Enchanter's Study building. Even if it isn't your account, you can use any player's garrison to disenchant items if they have the Enchanter's building. Just ask in trade chat and many people will let you come and DE everything you need to for either free or a small fee.

This is an awesome feature of Warlords and one of my favorites but it does have drawbacks. You will not get the same amount or nearly as much in mats as a dedicated enchanter would. So, you have to decide if DE'ing an item is worth more in mats than just vendoring it just like you would if you had the Enchanter profession. For your old or useless soulbound epics it always makes sense to disenchant. For rare armor it also makes perfect sense to disenchant. However, some rare weapons or uncommon quality items may net bigger vendor gold than the gold from their mats. If you have an enchanter on a different account, I would always send BoEs to them if you plan to disenchant them.

Just to give you an idea, I seemed to get three Fractured Temporal Crystals from every epic whereas my Enchanter always seems to get at least a full Temporal Crystal. Most greens are closer with about 30% less dust and blues are mostly dust on my non-enchanter and Luminous Shards on my Enchanter. Oh and even the Enchanter is nerfed when using the building so use your profession disenchanting ability instead.

WoD: Tips to Winning the PvP FFA Coliseum! Guide for Patch 6.0.3

What's up guy and girl players of WoW. Tarou here bringing you a new video for the Warlords of Draenor expansion that will give you some tips for winning the Coliseum every week.

Once you have a level 3 Gladiator Sanctum you will get a quest just outside the front entrance of Garrison that sends you to the Highmaul entrance in Nagrand. This allows you to queue for the Coliseum from either that npc at the entrance or the ogre laying down on the second floor of your Gladiator Sanctum building in your Garrison. Initially, the queue is free but afterwards will cost 100 bones. The bones come from killing players in Ashran or any Warlords of Draenor zones.

When I first did the Coliseum I had no idea what it was. I went in trying to figure out how 25 versus 25 would work in such a small coliseum. As I was waiting for the battle to start, I was wondering when the Alliance would show up. Before I could even comprehend that this was actually a Horde free-for-all, I was already dead. This is when I figured out that Boomkin were not welcomed here and I would have to step up my game. So my first tip is to be inconspicuous. Do not stick out in any way if you can help it. I don't use my “Lord of War” Coliseum winner's title or balance form intially for instance. Noggenfogger is a great elixir to take if you can get them from Gadgetzan since they can make you small if even for a short time. Even though stealth doesn't work, it will make you less obvious so use it. Boomkins use the minor Glyph of Stars to try and appear like you're not a Boomkin while also using bear or cat form, and hide in the corners behind other players the best you can or even on the far side of the Coliseum if not many players are around. Sometimes placing toys, banners, and other items around are enough to block people from focusing you at least initially so try them out. This matters most when you're undergeared. Some may call you names for hiding in a corner and not standing in the middle of the field but not all of us can be never-targeted-until-the-end Holy Paladins.

After I was immediately targeted by several players and subsequently killed in seconds of my first go, I immediately queued again. The second go around I tried to remain not Boomkin for as long as possible but I was still noob and ran through the middle like an idiot just asking to be killed quickly. At least, I tagged enough players and pets to get credit for 10 kills for my quest. I stuck around and studied what others did to try and grasp what I need to do to win which is my second tip. Watch what your class does to survive and win.

For my third tip, it doesn't hurt to have the best gear and enchants possible for your class if you can get them. However, you can win with crap gear so don't give up. Oh and make sure to bring along some potions and self-buffs if you have any like Ocalius' Whispering Crystal.

My fourth tip is to AoE in the beginning as many pets and players as possible without doing so much damage that they pay attention to you. I popped Starfall and tagged everything I could. When or if Deathknights pop army you need to AoE them regardless of your class since they give you stacks very quickly. As tagged pets and players die, they give quest credit and add stacks to the almost insane Gladiator's Might buff which adds movement speed, Critical Strike, Damage, and Size increases of 5% per stack up to 20 stacks and 100%. This is a must to have if you aren't an OP'ed class like a Paladin, a Disc Priest, or a DK. It can make up for bad gear and even poor skills if luck is on your side.

Speaking of those classes, my next tip is to kill your biggest threats first and not the weak ones. I would much rather go against a poorly geared Frost Mage than a geared out Ret Paladin. I also kill anyone who bothers me in the beginning.

My sixth tip is to pick specs, talents, and glyphs specifically for Coliseum. Look yours over and think about what can help you survive and win. Even healers can do decent damage with tons of stacks so think about surviving first and damage second.

For my number seven tip, use your cooldowns whether they be survival or damage early on and they will likely be up again in the end if you survive to use again. That being said, saving them for life or death situations is another way to utilize those cooldowns. Sometimes at the end cooldowns won't matter but they sure do help make it easier.

One tip I can also think of is become frenemies with like or similar classes. Humans tend to always group up with people that are like them without even sometimes realizing it. A game is no different and you will notice Deathknights together or Paladins together or at the very least, if you watch enough matches, most classes don't attack each other until they have to. This is great to know since you can target others without worrying as much about your own class taking you out.

When my third try came around, I was still noob but I understood a lot more about how the Coliseum worked from the prior two failures. This led me to win my third attempt which granted me quest completion instantly, the “Last of Us” achievement, and the “Lord of War” title as well as a piece of gear. However, the Discipline Priest I had just blew to pieces and killed, somehow got recognized as winning even though they were second place. I had no idea there was a bug at the time that also allowed the chest to be looted by them. So, while I'm scrambling to screen-shot and video my victory, they walk up and loot the chest. This pissed me off so I opened a ticket and I went to the forums to find out I wasn't the only one. Blizzard has since fixed it but they never gave the rightful winners their gear or items which is BS in my book and a big failure on Blizzard's part. I wouldn't have cared as much if I could have re-queued but once you win, you can no longer queue for that week so I was SoL.

Anyways, I've won many weeks since which has rewarded me with gear and a toy. I just follow the tips in this video and can at least get to top three or four every time giving me a big chance at eventually winning. Oh and it also doesn't hurt to have a bit of luck on your side from time to time.

    Okay so, just to recap:

    1. Be inconspicuous by hiding your presence as much as possible.

    2. If you die, stay and watch what others do to survive and win.

    3. Be as geared as possible with full enchants & healing potions/self-buffs.

    4. Get AoE out and tag as many people as possible without drawing attention.

    5. Kill OP'ed classes or any threat who tries to kill you first.

    6. Pick specific specs, talents, and glyphs to help you survive and win.

    7. Use your cooldowns early if need be and near the end.

    8. Become frenemies with like classes until the end or an opportunity to take them out.

    9. Oh, and don't let a Warlock free-cast one shot you. At least he lost to the DK which is who he really should have targeted.

    10. If all else fails, just roll a DK, Paladin, or Disc Priest and smash the keyboard with your face until you win.

    11. And.. one more thing, have fun because you won't win everytime!

WoD: How to Spend Excess Honor & Get Gold, Mounts, & Transmog Gear!

What's up guy and girl players of WoW. Tarou here bringing you a new video for the Warlords of Draenor expansion. In this video, I'm going to give you some great options for spending your leftover PvP honor.

In Warlords of Draenor it seems like there are so many sources for honor that you'll quickly be gearing out your characters and have nothing to spend the leftover honor on. One way to get rid of excess honor is by heading to Wintergrasp from Dalaran and checking with the PvP vendors to see if there is anything you need. The quartermaster has all sorts of goods but most people will likely just want the Reins of the Black War Mammoth mount for 2,000 honor. You could also get old-school Wrath BoAs, JC recipes, some metas or gems, and even some gear for transmog. While you're here, you can kill the bosses and get some gold along with the chance at another mount or more transmog gear.

Another good initial honor dump is found in Orgrimmar for Horde or Stormwind for Alliance in the PvP vendor area. Each mount costs 2,000 honor and here is what they look like. My personal favorite is the Black War Kodo and I actually bought my first one on my Mage back in vanilla for gold I think.

All the mounts are pretty cool but you can also make money off of honor a few different ways. One way is to buy a piece of gear or weapon that costs the least while netting the most gold per Honor Point spent. Toggle the Legacy Weapon Quartermaster vendor pane to “All” at the top right and look for the Brutal Gladiator's Mutilator weapon that costs 105 Honor Points that should be around the fourth page. Right now these are your best money maker so purchase as many as you like.

Since these are refundable items, you'll need to wait a full two hours of your character being logged in to be able to vendor them. After the two hours have past, each will sell for slightly over 16 gold. To make this process easier, you can use the SellJunk add and make an exception for the Brutal Glad weapon as you see me doing. I've also linked a guide to the SellJunk addon incase you need more help or want to know about other features. If you have capped Honor Points at 4,000, you can buy 38 weapons and it will net you just over 610 gold.

The last thing I can suggest to do with excess honor is to do the weekly Sealing Fate quests which reward a Seal of Tempered Fate. The first one costs 500 Honor Points with the second costing 1,000 and the third at 2,000 Honor Points. Having seals works like the prior expansion and awards a bonus roll to raid bosses in Warlords which gives you an extra chance at getting a piece of gear. On my purely PvP Warlock who is an Enchanter, I use the extra rolls to get items for disenchantment since a Temporal Crystal is around 500 to 600 gold on my server. However, using the Garrison Enchanting Building usually results in most epics being three Fractured Temporal Crystals so it may not be worth it on a non-enchanter character if you are looking to make more gold from Honor Points than vendoring the Brutal Gladiator weapons.

WoD: How to Get the Follower: Goldmane the Skinner (Skinner Trait / Barn Garison Building)!

What's up guy and girl players of WoW. Tarou here bringing you a new video for the Warlords of Draenor expansion. In this video, I'm going to show you how to easily get the follower, Goldmane the Skinner.

Goldmane the Skinner is one of the easiest followers to get. You simply head to the coast of Nagrand as shown on the map in the video and head up to the top of this tower. At the top there is a mob named Bolkar the Cruel that you kill and loot a key from. The key unlocks the cage behind the mob that releases Goldmane the Skinner. You can then talk to him and acquire him as a follower. Simple as that.

I got lucky and got an epic upgrade which came with added abilities and traits. The uncommon version only comes with a counter to danger zones and the Skinning trait. This Skinner trait is a must have for anyone who has or wants to build a barn for a nice flow of money making items such as Savage Blood.
